I worked with Jacob's law firm recently for my green card journey. It has been really awesome to work with this lawfirm. Jacob cares a lot about his clients and understands their situation, and makes sure that the process goes smoothly. I started this journey, with self-doubt that it would be very ha...rd to get EB1A, but Jacob and my case manager Anahita, really knew the potential of my profile and how to best put it forward. The response rate of both Jacob and Anahita was super fast. Within 2-3 weeks, my application AOS was prepared. When I got RFE, Anahita made sure to send the response to USCIS within a day or two. I have been very lucky to find out about Jacob's lawfirm, and really recommend for anyone who is looking to get their immigration sorted, to work with this lawfirm.

Choosing a lawyer was a task in it self... I did some homework and talked to a few lawyer before choosing Jacob. When I "interviewed" Jacob on a free consultation we had, he was knowledgeable in the most recent developments and updates, he listened to my background and guided me to which direction ...would be best for me to pursue. He also showed enthusiasm, creativity and self confidence in his direction of guidance. Naturally, being it was before I actually chose him, I was a bit skeptical that lawyers could tell you many things before you choose them, and then "flip" after you pay them... Jacob was NOT like that: In fact, since he was very confident in his capabilities and in my case, he PROVED it - he offered to PAY ME BACK ALL HIS FEES if my case would not be approved!! he also offered to anchor this in our contract. This was for me, a lawyer that actually "put his money where his mouth is"!! This was for me a proof that he is a man of his word as well as professional that knows the details and recent updates. Many lawyer might disregard you after you paid them and would do the best they can to avoid you - Jacob is NOT like that: Even though he was busy many times, he always responded to me and and in most cases respected my concerns or at least listened to them... To my taste, since Jacob is not personally working on all his cases, the main thing you should be aware of, is to make sure and double check that the people from his office that he appoints to work on the case with him, are truly aligned with the details of your story case and that you made sure they did understand all the relevant details. Especially in the case of an EB-2 type of visa, that has some more technical issues to showcase and explain. I did find out in my case, that you can't just put them on "cruise control" or "let them do the work" without making sure that everything is presented the way it should be or there are misunderstandings. As for now, I recently got an approval notice of my case (which is the most critical part), that arrived a bit latter then then Jacob anticipated, but I am happy I would get the chance to create in the U.S and do my best to truly make the world a better place from the land of the dreams coming true. It was one of the best decisions to use Jacob and team's services for my naturalization. A very special thanks to Lupe and Flor, who were always very supportive. From the front desk until the... back office, everyone is friendly and have a smile on their faces. Immigration law is very complicated and a small detail can make a big difference on the result of your petition. Dead lines definitely are a key to the process, so you want to make sure your attorney is fast paced and always replies to you. So, you must hire a serious professional that can assist you in any small detail. If you already have an attorney in mind, but is not 100% confident on him, don’t hesitate in contacting Jacob law offices, you’ll notice the difference as soon as you talk to them.
