I had to go for visa inte...rview at the embassy since I only had paper visa and did not have H1B visa stamp in my passport. On 1st january 2013 during the interview at US Embassy, New Delhi, the VO officer told me that he is going to review my case. On Aril 9th after 3 months of long wait I received my passport back with letter that Embassy has sent my case back to USCIS to review or possible revocation. It was very devastating as I only had planned my visit for a month. I had a rented apartment, phone bills, house bills, a car etc. in US. I first came to know Jacob while I was a research scientist in La Jolla, San Diego and then moved to Maryland in Sept. 2010. We asked Jacob to rescue an ongoing L1B application that was under a second RFE after an initial refusal. Jacob has done an amazing job turning this application around and getting an approval. Jacob has then handled our L1A renewal, which has also undergone intense scrutiny. Again, Jacob has defended... our case amazingly well, and we received a second approval. I would like to thank Jacob Sapochnick and his associates for all of there help getting my fiance Assaf David back to the states after we were apart for over two years(after being together 8 years).
