Lack of transparency and valuable work

My experience for EB1A with this law firm was frustrating and disappointing. I initially chose them for their reputation in handling complex immigration cases, but the lack of transparency and professionalism became apparent as the process went on. There were privacy issues with document handling as ...I was directed to upload my confidential materials into a folder where I had access to other clients documents. The billing itself lacked transparency. There were no time logs or explanations tied to specific work. The invoice read more like a checklist of my uploaded documents than a breakdown of tasks performed. I expected professional accountability, not vague references to supposed work that can’t be verified. I felt unheard, unsupported, and overbilled. For the cost involved and the stakes at hand, I expected far more professionalism, communication, and care. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Not responding & blocking overseas residents won't make it go away!

Committed a minor fraud however it is still a fraud. Hopefully Mr. Fernando & Erick over at this company have the decency to refund my family member the $30 they stole. $30 which is equivalent to a months pay in their country. Very shameful & sad.

Very unprofessional experience

I was hoping to get connected to discuss a very urgent matter, but the assistant who received the call never got me connected with Jacob, even after calling twice in 30 min apart. Mr. Sapochnik, it is very difficult to find your availability, and when we can find and pay but can't get your service it... is indeed very disappointing. We all have full time jobs to do besides waiting for your call back at your will. Please do not send reminder emails 3 times before the actual appointment and not providing the service. I may or may not get the money back that I paid, but trust and professionalism is more important to me. Thank you.

Bad Bad Bad Experience

Mr. Sapochnick charged $95 me 11 days in advance for a 20 mins consultation however when I called him he hung up my phone three times and when he finally picked it up his assistant mentioned that attorney will call me but for hours called me back. One of the most unprofessional attorney he'll take y...our money and not respect your time and case.

Mr. Singh, there was a 30 min delay in calling you back. I personally called to apologize. I also refunded your consultation fee and offered to give you the consultation for free. (somehow you forgot to mention that in your review) You refused and said that 30 min is an unreasonable delay and that you are very disappointed. That is why I personally called you and offered you a refund. Instead, you chose to express your frustration online. Your free consultation is still waiting for you patiently, all you have to do is call us. We are here for our clients...even when we are late:) P.S. Mr. Singh sending you a big hug!! You need it.

Very Rude Consultation Interaction

I contacted this attorney through a message with the comment that I only wanted to be contacted via email so that I could organize a consultation with one of my employees that is out of the country. I received a call nearly 3 minutes later from a woman who is from this firm. She was very rude through...out her call. She was very abrupt with all her questions and barely listened to my responses before asking new questions. When I told her what type of Visa my company was interested in pursuing, she instantly rejected it as viable without listening to me fully that we wanted to work towards getting it in the future. Upon notifying her that I had a meeting starting in 3 minutes and that I had initially requested that we scheduled time over email to include my relevant employee, she said "Ok, I will email you" and abruptly ended the call. It was not a professional interaction, she did not even read the message that I had initially sent in, and it was barely even listening to my responses or clarifications during the call. We will not be working with this firm because of this interaction.
