Just got my Green Card - EB1A category

I worked with Jacob's law firm recently for my green card journey. It has been really awesome to work with this lawfirm. Jacob cares a lot about his clients and understands their situation, and makes sure that the process goes smoothly. I started this journey, with self-doubt that it would be very ha...rd to get EB1A, but Jacob and my case manager Anahita, really knew the potential of my profile and how to best put it forward. The response rate of both Jacob and Anahita was super fast. Within 2-3 weeks, my application AOS was prepared. When I got RFE, Anahita made sure to send the response to USCIS within a day or two. I have been very lucky to find out about Jacob's lawfirm, and really recommend for anyone who is looking to get their immigration sorted, to work with this lawfirm.

O1 Visa Application

I highly recommend Sapochnick law firm, they made my O-1 visa case as strong as possible which got approval in less than 10 days, with no RFE and special thanks to Unica. She is very knowledgeable and was always responsive, clarifying my doubts throughout the entire process and cared about every step... of the process as much as myself… Looking forward to working with you all in the future.

Fast and helpful consultation

I contacted Jacob to help me with a student visa situation I got myself into. It took less than an hour to be on a call with him and he was super quick and responsive. On the call, I found Jacob to be very easy to talk to, he took the time to listen to my problem and I did not feel rushed at all. Ove...rall, I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable about the topic of immigration, he even opened my eyes about options I didn't even know I had and he showed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process.

Patient and kind

Was referred to Jacob via a close friend. Jacob took the time to patiently listen to my situation, and then took the time to research possibilities and get back with me rapidly. At the end my former lawyer ended up doing the appeal, and Jacob told me very good and to just do it on time. I appreciate ...when people are genuine and truly care. Thank you

The best!

Jacob was the best immigration lawyer for me and my family. Jacob took care of all the paperwork with super professionalism, with a true sense of urgency and always followed up. He and his team were super sensitive and we felt very secure in Jacob’s care. We eventually, in his projected time of 4 wee...ks, got our E2 visas.
