Jacob is the best Lawyer I've ever worked with

I've successfully applied for TN-Status three times now and Jacob has made what is a stressful situation as smooth as seems humanely possible. He and his team have answered every email and call I've made quickly and to my satisfaction and I've asked a lot of questions because of worry over the years.... Thanks Jacob and team for your patience! I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for Legal help getting a Visa!

Wonderfull experience with Jacob's office

I am really thankful to Jacob and his really skilled team. I wanted to apply for Eb2 NIW green card, but I wasnt sure my case would be strong enough or if I have a chance. Jacob was really reassuring and gave me the reassurance to prepare the application. I thus worked closely with Kate, she is NIW e...xpert lawyer in Jacob's office. She helped me through the preparation of the documentation for the application, and thanks to her and Jacob we submit a really strong case. 6 months later I received my approval notice, I was really surprised as I expected some request for additional documents. Thanks to Jacob Sapochnick's law office high skill and enthusiasm my green card application went smoothly. I can't be more grateful to Jacob, I'll recommend him and his staff to everyone looking for help in their green card application.

Wonderful Immigration Attorney

I don't know how it happened, but before even meeting with JACOB J. SAPOCKNICK our US Immigration Lawyer, we had his cell phone number. This is how close Jacob is to his clients. During our meeting Jacob listened to me with great attention. Actually, I was trying to apply for the US CITIZENSHIP an...d I needed help with the N-400. When I explained to him my situation, he listened to me with great attention. Very quickly, he told me what, in my case, was important in the eyes of The Immigration Services. After that, he guided us so, my husband and I could fill out properly the questionnaire. Without pressuring us, he made sure to have every thing sent to his office on time. How he did it remains a mystery! Any way, once all the information and documents he needed ready and only at that time he gave my file to one of his associates so she can work on my N-400 Application. Marie did a very meticulous job. But, as I still had questions, I continued to write and call Jacob. He never let my questions unanswered. He really works diligently. My request to the Immigration Services was sent in no time. On September 11 I was in front of the Immigration Officer. Thanks to Jacob and his assistant advice I did very well. My request was granted! Today I'm waiting for the Ceremony to be Officially declared Proud American Citizen! The Law Offices of JACOB J. SAPOCNICK is really a great firm. Jacob and his team are wonderful human beings who treat their clients like Royals. More importantly, they know the American Immigration System inside out. With JACOB SAPOCNICK you are in very good hands! So If you need help talk to JACOB and let him work things out for you While you enjoy the sun of California...I DID!

Professional, timely, fair

Has been our immigration lawyer for seven years, never let us down. He and his staff were always there for us. Didn't sugarcoat things and was always very communicative, answering calls and emails even when overseas. My wife and I always recommend him to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

Efficient, Informative and end to end Consulting Support by Law Offices of Jacob Sapochnick

My husband used the services of the Law Offices of Jacob Sapochnick for his firm for processing an L1A visa application and L2 for the family. After exploring couple of lawyers we found Jacob so forthcoming, positive and responsive. The team was efficient and partnered us all the way through. Jacob a...nd his team are extremely proficient in guiding and putting all documentation together. Finally they are good human beings who are there to support and guide customers through the process end to end. And of course the visa came through!
