My experience for EB1A with this law firm was frustrating and disappointing. I initially chose them for their reputation in handling complex immigration cases, but the lack of transparency and professionalism became apparent as the process went on. There were privacy issues with document handling as ...I was directed to upload my confidential materials into a folder where I had access to other clients documents. The billing itself lacked transparency. There were no time logs or explanations tied to specific work. The invoice read more like a checklist of my uploaded documents than a breakdown of tasks performed. I expected professional accountability, not vague references to supposed work that can’t be verified. I felt unheard, unsupported, and overbilled. For the cost involved and the stakes at hand, I expected far more professionalism, communication, and care. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

well , i had a long journey looking for an immigration lawyer doing E2 change status, i was on B1/B2 visa, made 3 interviews with different lawyers , all of them gave me different requirements , and some of them were really hard to to prove, then i searched for a lawyer in my area where i'm, and i wa...s looking based on the highest reviews, so i emailed 3 or 4 of the highest rankings, Jacob office was one of them(that was in dec2024), the only one responded was Jacob office , a nice guy called Julio and started answering my questions by phone calls and emails, and kept following up with me with no charges, tell i decided to proceed as time was passing fast( i had to do premium processing to catch my i94 before expire). then i got email from my case manager and attorney , Anahita the attorney , kely was the case manager, both are so nice and understanding , they made looks easy for me during a zoom call to review my case and the requirements . Honestly they asked for a lot , but when something was really hard to be applied Anahita find the solutions. I paid 50% of the fees upfront, and they started preparations, that was hardest part, after case ready to file i paid the other 50% and they file the case with the premium processing. i totally trusted them from the beginning but i was still afraid of any failure or asking for more procedures from the immigration dept., well i got that email telling me my case got approved. I highly recommend this office for an E2 visa as my experience with them was satisfying. thank you.

Two days ago I recieved the wonderful news at the end of our interview that my wife would be receiving her green card after one year from applying and entering the country where we first met. This even after a hold up due to a very big mistake USCIS had made in reviewing our application. Questioning ...my ability to be a sponsor to my own wife, which was unjustly put into question. Thankfully I had been assigned Karine as my case manager. A very kind, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and good listener on our side. She gave the attention needed to our very unique case. Karine was willing to put in the time to provide exceptional result detailed work; it was hard and took much effort. But, yielded the results that were guaranteed and agreed upon by the firm and ourselves. Karine went above and beyond, full stop. My wife and I are forever grateful to the firm and our attorney Marie as well. Who was willing and helped us to approach our unique situation we were facing with our case. Giving us the ability to properly communicate and create documentation sufficient for a CPA, and my Congressman, to make things right through the use of facts and the law. The firm, but mainly Karine our caseworker and Marie our attoney - my wife and I will forever be thankful for. They simply took a complicated case, presided over it with an eagle's eye & prowess, and delivered timely results as if there was never an issue at all. Here my wife stands with her green card, and prior to that her SSN and work permit. The coaching for the interview was on point and proved to be proper preparation. We did have a great interviewer as well. We walked in with confidence in our case and our ability to handle, with the simple truth, anything thrown at us. Between the many complications, Karine and Marie proved to be top notch, as well as the firm that they represent and that we utilized. It was worth the price my wife and I paid, no exceptions. We would recommend this firm in particular, and our provided team within it to anyone, anytime. We definitely will be using them again in the future for any and all our immigration needs. Thank you everyone who had a hand in making this happen. Thus, by your actions and the results - not question the price or decision we made. Such a rarity these days.
