Cut to the Chase and hire him

How refreshing to have a competent attorney who can tell it like it is. Landlord-tenant matters can be endlessly frustrating, what with balances of power at play and confusing statutes to decipher. I have wasted my time in the past consulting with attorneys who do not have specific experience in the ...area of tenant law, and I will not repeat that mistake. It is completely WORTH IT to consult with someone who can give you actionable next steps. Don't be like me - don't go too far down the Google wormhole before you make this decision.

Professional and Excellent Work

Recently worked with Matthew to handle a speeding ticket. He was great; answered all questions immediately, very responsive and took care of everything in an immediate, effective manner. Highly recommend.

Great listenner and knows his stuff..

I did not get to hire Mr. Chase because of the distance , however he gave me all the advices needed when I talked to Him over the phone from Chicago.. thank you sir..

Very helpful

Matthew was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my case. He gave me great advice on how to go about the situation. I only consulted with Mr. Chase. Hopefully I will not have to use his service for court. If the case does go that far. I feel he is the best one to handle the case given our consult...ation and he also provided a letter to send that help in great amounts! Thank you Mr. Chase.
