Great service

I’m a landlord and had a difficult tenant situation arise. Matthew Chase came through with great advice on how to proceed in the worst case scenario. Luckily it did not come down to that and was able to deal with the situation privately but will definitely be my first call if I need a lawyer.

FANTASTIC RELIABLE FAST - Highly Recommend!!

I had a traffic violation issue that due to my error turned into several potential major errors. I contacted Matthew over a Holiday weekend, and he took my call while he was out of the country. Talk about a pro! He was well versed in the situation, and help me take care of the issues with zero ramifi...cations to my record. He is also VERY affordable compared to some other options out there, while giving better service. All of my communication was directly through him, and not a third party. If I ever need an attorney again he will be my first choice.

Today I talked to Matthew to get some advice on dealing with my landlord and without hesitation he explained my rights and took the time to explain things to me so I understood. Thank You Matthew!!

Awesome landlord/Tenant attorney

As a small time landlord, I consulted legal advice regarding a tenant refusing to leave after giving a 30 notice to vacate. I hired Matt after our first consultation and I'm so glad I did. He is extremely knowledable regarding Missouri law and was a tremendous help on getting this issue resolved as... quickly as possible. I hope I never need his services in the future, but I'm keeping his number in my database just in "case", would HIGHLY recommend.

Thanks much. It's always a conflict of interest - landlords want no evictions, eviction attorneys need many evictions to feed the kids... Help my kids eat more than bread and water - evict more!
