Best real estate attorney in St. Louis

Matthew Chase is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. Not only did he reply the same day when I sent my initial request on his website, which also happened to be on a Sunday, but he always replied in a timely manner. He had my back and won my case and even though i probably drove him nut...s with all my questions and concerns he never made me feel like I did. He knows what he is doing and will make sure justice is served.

Straight to the point

Mr. Chase took on my case with a landlord who allowed me to move in a high priced loft knowing for months the roof was leaking. He was honest when it came to what the good and bad would or could be with the situation. I wasn't forced to settle on their terms and he was very reasonable. When they woul...dn't settle he put me in contact with an attorney who specialized in taking cases like mines to trial. Very professional and upfront and I appreciate that.

Responsive and Effective

I currently reside in Dubai, UAE and had an issue with my renter back in St. Louis. I sent an email to Matt and within hours, he called me to discuss the case. He thoroughly explained the options and we decided on a course of action. The case was filed that same day! The whole process went very swift...ly and in our favor. I would get updates from Matt even over the weekends that showed me his dedication to his profession. I would highly recommend Matt’s services to anyone without any second thoughts. Five stars all the way!

Very helpful, courteous and professional

After our son received a speeding ticket I did a web search, tried Avvo and settled on Matthew Chase based on the reviews. The process of getting set up was simple and straight forward. He took care of the ticket in the manner in which he said he would. Matthew was pleasant and explained what to expe...ct and we were able to take care of the ticket through emails and a phone call, as we live out of town.
