Very helpful, courteous and professional

After our son received a speeding ticket I did a web search, tried Avvo and settled on Matthew Chase based on the reviews. The process of getting set up was simple and straight forward. He took care of the ticket in the manner in which he said he would. Matthew was pleasant and explained what to expe...ct and we were able to take care of the ticket through emails and a phone call, as we live out of town.

Has your best interest

Mr. Chase was incredibly helpful. I had several questions regarding my traffic violation and he provided the road prompt responses to all of my questions. In addition, he did not appear to be overly concerned whether I would take him on as my lawyer; it seemed as though he had my best interest in min...d.

FANTASTIC RELIABLE FAST - Highly Recommend!!

I had a traffic violation issue that due to my error turned into several potential major errors. I contacted Matthew over a Holiday weekend, and he took my call while he was out of the country. Talk about a pro! He was well versed in the situation, and help me take care of the issues with zero ramifi...cations to my record. He is also VERY affordable compared to some other options out there, while giving better service. All of my communication was directly through him, and not a third party. If I ever need an attorney again he will be my first choice.

Great

I was on a road trip and got a speeding ticket in my corvette. I usually take care of my own stuff as as far as going to court and negotiating other charges but since I'm from California and just passing through I was at a loss. I wanted to keep my clean record. I reached out and Matthew handled ever...ything almost exclusively through texts and a few phone calls (perfect for me). The speeding charge was changed to a non moving violation for "defective muffler". Sure, I paid more but the clean record was important to me. His fee is reasonable.

Glad to help, and it's excellent to be a part of what I like to call the bribery industry. All legal, of course, but lawyers arrange deals to pay off courts and municipalities with gifts of money (often in excess of what the actual crime committed would charge), and in exchange we plead our clients guilty to things that did not happen - in this case a loud muffler (which of course was NOT defective), and ignore the actual infraction of speeding. What a racket, that I happily participate in.

Painless

Matthew made it very simple. Very concise on what paperwork was need and dates the court needed it by. I would use him again for any traffic tickets I receive.
