Very Responsive! Great information

Tenant / Landlord

Matthew was great. Jumped on the case immediately, always answered his phone or email promptly, and advised me in a way that got my case thru the system without delays. Will definitely use him again.

Good Communicator, Prompt and Effective

As a landlord, I relied on the reviews on this site as a basis for reaching out to Mr. Chase to help me file a couple of rent and possession suits ... and I was not disappointed. Not only is he is knowledgeable and experienced, but he has an excellent awareness of court schedules to ensure that fili...ngs are made timely and the nearest opportunity not missed. He is also an excellent communicator and never fails to get back. I recall sending him an email on a Sunday morning, presuming he would see it on Monday and email me back ... but instead, he CALLED me that Sunday morning barely a few minutes after I sent it. Will definitely use again, if needed.

Very glad to have helped, and we always try to keep on top of court schedules and such, in order to make sure that when rushing is advantageous, we do so. (Note to everyone else - the Sunday morning thing is not encouraged... :-) The wife will kill...)

Excellent Service, knowledgeable and honest!

Matthew was extremely helpful when consulting with me in reference to my landlord/tenant case. He saved me a lot of time and money and was very patient in that he took the time to address all my concerns with empathy and straight-forward answers.
