Biography
Life has taught me there is no substitute for empathy, experience, and hard work in the fight for the rights of the client. Upon entering private practice, I surrounded myself with a tightly knit group of trial attorneys with over 200 years of combined legal experience. Since then, I have dedicated my career to achieving favorable results for each and every one of my clients.
In every case I handle, I strive to develop a personal relationship with my client so that I can fully understand the ramifications of their legal issues on their every day lives. This knowledge creates a profound sense of duty to my clients and their interests.
Before creating the McAllister Law Firm, I spent most of my legal career in public service, working for both the Saint Louis County Prosecutors office and the Saint Louis County Public Defenders office. Not only have these experiences allowed me to cultivate healthy relationships with a variety of prosecutors and judges, they have also provided me with a unique perspective that enables me to aggressively and effectively pursue justice and truth for all of my clients.

Works hard even for small claims
