I have represented hundred of parties, both plaintiffs and defendants, in lawsuits in state and federal courts. My favorite cases are class actions under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) targeting senders of annoying junk faxes, robocalls, and text messages. I have filed more than 100 class action lawsuits and been appointed as Class Counsel multiple times in federal and state courts. Outside of my law practice, I am an avid marathon runner, having completed more than 50 marathons, and I also enjoy fishing and global travel.

Served as lead counsel in $4.9 million settlement in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class action concerning unsolicited fax advertisements sent to 43,000 medical offices.
Obtained summary judgment for $142,023 in a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) junk-fax case.
Plaintiff, an attorney, sued Private Label and its officers, because they kept sending him unsolicited and unwanted faxes for cheap eyeglass items. The Court awarded damages of $3,000 per fax.
Served as lead counsel in $750,000 settlement in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class action concerning unsolicited fax advertisements.
Obtained summary judgment for $338,465 in a TCPA junk-fax case
Obtained summary judgment for $343,126 in a TCPA junk-fax case
