Great

I was on a road trip and got a speeding ticket in my corvette. I usually take care of my own stuff as as far as going to court and negotiating other charges but since I'm from California and just passing through I was at a loss. I wanted to keep my clean record. I reached out and Matthew handled ever...ything almost exclusively through texts and a few phone calls (perfect for me). The speeding charge was changed to a non moving violation for "defective muffler". Sure, I paid more but the clean record was important to me. His fee is reasonable.

Glad to help, and it's excellent to be a part of what I like to call the bribery industry. All legal, of course, but lawyers arrange deals to pay off courts and municipalities with gifts of money (often in excess of what the actual crime committed would charge), and in exchange we plead our clients guilty to things that did not happen - in this case a loud muffler (which of course was NOT defective), and ignore the actual infraction of speeding. What a racket, that I happily participate in.

He settled my case on very favorable terms

I was embroiled in a sticky landlord-tenant situation and Mr. Chase was able to help us get out of our lease while following the letter of the law. We were able to settle outside of court on very favorable terms. Highly recommended

It is wonderful when things work out smoothly. It is always preferable to sort things out without a trial - remember that trials are ALWAYS uncertain, even when it seems very much a straightforward win for your side...

A wonderful, professional and genuine person!

Today I was in the court house trying to obtain a document however was unsuccessful in my attempts. At this point I imagine that I looked physically defeated and confused after the hour I spent running around in my confusion Mr. Chase very genuinely showed his concern. In minutes he helped me to gain... clarity and took the time out of his life to walk me through the process of resolution free of charge. Mr. Chase was my hero today. Thank you.
