Outstanding Advice

I called Mr. Chase because a former landlord claimed that I owed additional compensation (beyond the deposit) for damages to the apartment in which I lived. This situation took me by surprise, as I anticipated receiving a full refund of my deposit. Mr. Chase offered some outstanding advice on this ma...tter and I highly recommend him.

Responsive, fast, excellent

We got a "speeding in a construction zone" ticket while driving through St. Louis last month that REQUIRED my husband to appear in court. We don't live in St. Louis and did not want to go back for that. We found Chase through Avvo and called him and a number of other area attorneys. He was the only o...ne to pick up his own phone, which to me is a big plus. He asked us about the jurisdiction (St. Louis Muni Court) and asked us to send him a pic or copy of the ticket. He charged a flat rate of $150 and said he expected the case to be fairly straightforward. Other attorneys, or their paralegals, did eventually call back, but they said their fee was $500, and they said my husband would likely have to do community service or jail time in St. Louis. That sounded so extreme to me; I mean, it's a speeding ticket! We decided to hire Chase and within two weeks, he had been down to the court and gotten the charge reduced to a non-moving violation and had the fine reduced. Best of all once we pay it this weekend, we're done. Thank you! Though we hope never to need you again, we will certainly recommend you to others should they find themselves where we were.

The attorney I can trust

Mr. Chase is a wonderful attorney. He has a sharp mind and very professional and knowledgeable. He took care my complicated landlord case. I did not need to worry anything. He kept me updated at every stage. I am very happy with his service and will highly recommend him to anyone in need.

Very helpful

Mr. Chase was very helpful in handling my case. He was very patient while handling my questions. At a time when I was very nervous, he helped put me at ease. He kept me informed of my case each step along the way. He came recommended by a friend, and I would recommend him myself.
