I retained David to re-write my will, drafted by another attorney, in 2004. His expertise convinced me I needed a complete estate plan. He answered every question I asked clearly, completely, patiently. He raised questions I hadn't thought of and helped me find my own answers. He completed the plan within a reasonable time. He drafted amendments as needed and in 2014 we restated the entire plan. In the interim he helped find and resolve my homeowner's insurance claim that "fell through the cracks" when the agent processing it left the firm. He was diplomatic and congenial as he resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

David completed a full will/trust package including healthcare and general powers of attorney. He also helped us ensure our assets were titled correctly with proper beneficiaries designated. My wife and I needed to have our wills updated because we moved to Missouri from Pennsylvania and we needed to update some provisions (we last updated our wills in 2004). I participate in Hyatt Legal Plans at work and David is a member attorney. We decided to meet with David so we had a consultation. We were impressed from the beginning as he was very knowledgeable about Wills and provided us guidance for the information we needed to properly update our Wills. During the review, David asked very pertinent questions that precipitated a discussion about Living Trusts. A deeper dive into our financial net worth and life insurance benefits led to an understanding of the benefits of a Living Trust arrangement. We then proceeded to have David draw up the Living Trust and associated documents including Pour Over Wills that replaced our standard Wills. Again, David provided the detailed guidance for us to develop the needed information. He very clearly mapped out how the Living Trust works and all the steps we needed to take to insure we had the right protection. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend David for this type of work.

My wife and I hired David to help create our estate plan after we got married. He was very knowledgeable, helped us understand the process, what we needed and why and setup the proper legal documents. David also helped my wife's parents with their estate plan and helped us to amend our original documents after we had our first child.
