Free Consultation Helped

Mr. Chase proved tremendously helpful during his free consultation. My issues involved my Landlord. Mr. Chase helped me better understand my rights and options. He did so in a professional and timely matter. I am very grateful for his service.

Great listenner and knows his stuff..

I did not get to hire Mr. Chase because of the distance , however he gave me all the advices needed when I talked to Him over the phone from Chicago.. thank you sir..

Great Service

I contacted Mr. Chase regarding the lease agreement case my parents in law are dealing with and received great service. He was very helpful in giving his insight on the case and pointing out options we had. I would feel confident to use his services again if the need ever arises. Free consultatio...n is also a big plus.

Tenant complaint with Landlord on early termination of lease

I recently submitted early termination of my lease which ends in 3 months. i gave 60 days notice to my LL who indicated they were ok with the notice until started to move out prior to the 60 days. I still paid rent for the 60 days. After I moved out and turned over keys my LL started harrassing me te...lling me I still had to pay 1.5 more months over the 60 days plus holding my security deposit due to cleaning and damages. LL sent threatening message indicating reporting me to police for vandalism. I was shocked. I had lived in the residence for 6 years and yes some dirt and wear and tear of 6 years. I was worried about this and called a couple different attorneys the past 2 weeks with no return calls. I found Mr Chase's info on AVVO and called the number. The person answered immediately and I thought I dialed incorrectly so I hung up only to call again and find that it was actually Mr Chase. I was a little embarrassed..lol.. I walked MR Chase through my issues and he was nothing but honest, knowledgeable, straight forward and spent at least 10 minutes listening ...and advising....not charging for the initial discussion. I can go through the weekend not worrying about the LL's threatening emails. I will definitely hire Mr Chase if I need him in the future.

Mr. Chase, a best lawyer, great achievement!

Thanks Mr.Chase who represented me in the landlord-tenant case. I appreciate all hard works he has done and the great & quick results have been achieved. It is 100% fully satisfied. In fact, it is over my expectation. I made initial call to Mr. Chase for free consultation by the end of May. With Mr.... Chase's help, in about two weeks, I got the consent judgement signed by the tenant. By the end of Jun, I got full payment of 2.5 months rent and possession. The whole process took about one month. I'll strongly recommend Mr.Chase and I'll hire him again for any legal issue in the future. Best lawyer!
