I was looking at almost a $300 ticket and 5 points, increased insurance premiums, and a lost clean driving record as a result of a speeding ticket I got while simply passing through Maryland. David explained my options clearly, kept in constant constant, and was always accessible while consistently b...eing exceedingly friendly and courteous. I walked away with a not guilty verdict, no fine, and a clean record. Thanks David! Let's hope we don't have to do this again.

Call David if you have a traffic ticket!!

Got speeding ticket for going 22 mph over posted limit. David got me found not guilty!! Besides the outcome being better than expected, from the minute I contacted him, he was in communication with me. Got me the retainer agreement immediately at what he quoted, told me what he needed from me, fol...lowed up with me when he didn't receive it!! Easy guy to talk to as well. If I ever get stopped around Baltimore area again, I would 100 percent hire him no question.

Excellent Traffic Lawyer!

If you are looking for a lawyer that is knowledgeable, communicates extremely fast and has very reasonable fees, Mr. David Waranch is your guy! Mr. Waranch represented me for my speeding (90+ in a 55mph 5 points) case in Montgomery County and got a Not Guilty verdict with no points and no fine. H...e responds to emails and phone calls immediately, asks the right questions and kept me informed on what is happening with the case through the whole process. I would highly recommend Mr. Waranch.

Need a traffic attorney? David Waranch is your guy!

Mr.Waranch did an excellent job in representing me in my traffic voliation/speeding ticket case today. I was looking at a $290 ticket and 5 points on my driving record and Mr. Waranch was able to get it reduce to $100 +court fees and PBJ. He was readily available prior to my hearing and his attorney... fees were very reasonible. I would definitely hire him again if I ever needed a traffic attorney again and will refer him to friends.
