Professional and Knowledge

After 15 + years of driving without a ticket, I was pulled over. The "super cop" wrote multiple citations for the same offense to up the fine and his stats. I Found out this was 100% legal after talking to another cop, as I was informed this ensures they get high stats and convictions. Fearful of get...ting high points for my first offense, I deiced to contact some lawyers for options. Attorney David Richard Waranch was the second attorney to speak with me. Att. Waranch was very knowledgeable and professional from the start; he was upfront with the fee’s and told me what I needed to do to prepare for this ticket. His payment form came through email and all documents to sign. This was organized and automated making it extremely easy to understand what was required, for how much and why. Once I paid spoke with him and got everything together Mr. Waranch said he would contact me 1 week prior to the case to speak about what he thought would happened. All went accordingly and the verdict was rendered in my favor thanks to him. I highly recommend his services, as he is fair, prompt and upfront; there were no false promises made and he kept all expectations realistic.

Gets the job done!

I received a citation for an illegal u turn. Being that I have a clean driving record for over 15 years, I wanted to see if I could at least get PBJ rather than receive points. My main concern was to not have any points on my driving record. David advised me through the process, he was timely, straig...ht to the point, kept me in the loop, and got the job done as I didn't receive any points. I highly recommend David.

Excellent experience & outstanding results!

This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer and Mr. Waranch exceeded my expectations. He returned my call on a Sunday evening, which was the first thing that really impressed him. He spent a lot of time talking through my issue and provided me with the information I needed to help my case. He was ...clear in giving me guidance and also followed up every conversation with an email. He always called me back exactly when he said he would. His follow through was great. He calmed my fears before the trial date and he called me with the results immediately. You can’t even imagine how happy I was when I was found not guilty on all charges! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I’m going to immediately call Mr. Waranch.

Traffic Violations

I was pulled over not so long ago for expired vehicle tags. The police officer that pulled me over must have been having a bad day perhaps I'm not sure but he decided to give me 6 tickets basically for the same violation ranging from a 90 dollar fine up to a 290 dollar fine all tickets totalling just... under 1300 dollars. I contacted David Waranch the next morning and he was very polite and explained to me all of my options. I decided to hire him because I myself am in the service business and I felt like he provided the service that a customer deserves! After handling a couple responsibilities like he recommended he was able to secure a court date appear for me and have all 6 tickets thrown out!!! Absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't be more happy with my decision to use Mr. Waranch, I would completely recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise!

Awesome Attorney

In my opinion, David Waranch is a very good attorney. He is professional, friendly, and very thorough. I had two court / trial dates within a two week period. Both of these were for speeding violations. When my initial conversation with David was complete, I was left with a feeling that I had mad...e a good decision in asking him to represent me. David spent time with me putting my mind at ease and going over all of the details of the cases so that he could be as prepared as possible to defend me in these matters. David went to court for me and I did not have to personally show up for either one of the court dates. The day of the first hearing David called with the news that he had been able to get a verdict of not guilty. There was potentially a large fine and points with this violation, so of course I was very happy with this verdict. The day of the second hearing David called again with the news of a second not guilty verdict. No fines, no points, no increase of my insurance premiums. I could not be happier with David. I can recommend David Waranch without hesitation.
