Excellent outcome

I engaged David for a questionable traffic citation. He was attentive, thorough, accessible, helpful, and highly professional. His diligence revealed an inconsistency that I would never have detected and resulted in the judge dismissing the case. An excellent outcome.

Great Experience

I had a total of 7 tickets including reckless driving and egligent driving for doing 95 in a 65 with a total of around $1500. David appeared in court for me and I did not have to attend. After the case my ticket was reduced to $165 with 0 points. He kept me updated throughout the process and advised ...me on what to do. He would always answer or get back to me quickly within the same day if I called.

Not Guilty - Negligent Driving

It was a real pleasure having David assist with my case. I received a ticket for "Negligent Driving in Careless or Imprudent Manner" in MD, which could have resulted in significant points, a fine, and insurance impacts. David discussed my case with me (and was very responsive to my questions througho...ut the process), checked in with me before my court date, and called me right after the trial with the news that I was found Not Guilty. It was an extremely painless and hassle-free experience, and I would definitely recommend his services!

100% recommend- Not Guilty on both charges

I received two exceeding posted maximum speeding tickets (one 71 in a 45, one 71 in a 45 in a work zone) which amounted to very expensive tickets, many potential points on my license, and a significant potential car insurance increase. I googled around and called a couple lawyers. One of which was s...ignificantly more expensive than David Waranch, who preached that 'you get what you pay for', but was from a large firm, had his assistant reach out to me instead, and I overall didn't have a great feeling about him. When I spoke with David Waranch personally, I trusted his experience and his level of engagement in my case. He discussed my case with me at length, called to check in with me as my court date neared, and called me after the case to let me know I was found NOT guilty on both charges. I know the process to pick a lawyer can be overwhelming and confusing but David will focus on your case. He has both sincerity and the expertise and I 100% recommend him.

Good Traffic Attorney!

I contacted David right after I got pulled over. It was a Saturday. He was the few ones that responded during the weekend. The price is reasonable. And I get all my points dismissed, (used to be 6). Fines reduced to less than 50%. I really recommend him.
