Highly recommended!

I passed a single police officer standing in the middle of the road who I thought was directing traffic near a work zone that was being set up. I later found out he was signaling me to pull over for speeding. The police officer cited me for speeding (70 in 55 mph), running a red light and not using m...y turn signal to turn right. The officer also cited me for eluding/fleeing from police. I did not understand what this last charge meant. I had never been pulled over by police before nor have I ever had a speeding ticket. When I found out that the eluding/fleeing charge could mean a year in jail and 12 points on my clean traffic record, I was filled with anxiety. I received many inquiries from lawyers wanting to represent me in this case but for large sums of money. I was unemployed at the time of the citation and really could not afford a lawyer nor the $320 in fines. In my search for a lawyer, I found David Waranch's web site. He had experience in representing clients that had been charged with eluding/fleeing from police. After meeting David, I found him very friendly, empathic (he is a good listener) and professional. He put my fears to rest and said I had a good case based on my circumstances. I was also surprised to find his attorney fees to be very reasonable especially when compared to other traffic attorneys who wanted thousands of dollars for their services. I had to wait a year to resolve my case in Montgomery County District Court. A year filled with anxiety and fear as to what would happen to me. During that time David was always accessible to discuss my case and responded to my inquiries very quickly. I was struck by how personable David is (I didn't know lawyers could be so nice!) When my day in court finally arrived, David (who knew the prosecutor) was able to get all my charges dropped including the serious charge of eluding/fleeing from police for just paying the speeding ticket (which I rightfully deserved.) After a year of waiting, the outcome was so anti-climatic I had to convince myself it was over. I do not have much experience with lawyers but I am so glad I found David and that he was successful in handling my case. It could have turned out a lot worse. David even assisted me in filling out paperwork to get these charges expunged from the state's database so that my ability to obtain a security clearance in the future would not be affected. I would heartily recommend David Waranch to my family and friends. If you are facing any traffic violations that require legal representation, David is the lawyer you want by your side. He not only a good lawyer, but a good man. Hire him and relax!

Highly Recommended

I have a great expirience with David. He is very reasonable with his fees. He is very knowledgable and kept me up with every situation possible. He gave me very good advise and informed me of what I could do to help my case. He was quick to respond to any of my concerns. Needless to say, the res...ult went well. I highly recommend David Waranch.

Honest

Wow everything David told me came true....Its hard for me to trust anybody especially a Lawyer...but David showed me that he is a lawyer that can be trusted....thank you for being honest and trustworthy....rare in this world.

Mr Dependable

No points and no citations!

I responded to David's youtube video and I'm glad I did! I received two citations that trotal $220 and 2 points! Being I have a CDL, I did not want to take a chance going to court without any representation! David gave me a call and we talked about my situation at hand and he agreed to represent me. ... In the end, I was found not guilty without having to pay anything for the two citations and no points! THX David for your hard work!
