Patient, Comforting & Knowledgeable

A police officer gave me two tickets and a fine for a moving violation resulting in an accident that was not my fault. David helped me understand the trial process and our options before and during court and was very comforting. David is respectful, very knowledgeable, comforting and fair with his ...service fees. If you speak broken English like me, go to David. You don’t have to worry about it. He can handle every person who needs help. David speaks very clear English and he is easy to understand. My case ended in a dismissal, a great outcome. I am so happy, no points, no fines and no court costs. I highly recommend David for your traffic court legal representation.

Excellent experience & outstanding results!

This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer and Mr. Waranch exceeded my expectations. He returned my call on a Sunday evening, which was the first thing that really impressed him. He spent a lot of time talking through my issue and provided me with the information I needed to help my case. He was ...clear in giving me guidance and also followed up every conversation with an email. He always called me back exactly when he said he would. His follow through was great. He calmed my fears before the trial date and he called me with the results immediately. You can’t even imagine how happy I was when I was found not guilty on all charges! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I’m going to immediately call Mr. Waranch.

Trustworthy - His actions speaks louder than words!

Like many others, I found Mr. Waranch online. The initial call concerning my traffic citations was very pleasant. He was professional, respectful, and empathetic to my situation. He also answered all my questions and provided clear instructions each time. Thanks to him I received no points and my ...fines were minimal. I am grateful today that through prayer I was lead to this young man with integrity.

Totally cleared!

David was a phenomenal lawyer, and great to work with. Friendly, professional, understanding, and kept me up to date through the entire process. I appreciated his straightforwardness and clear explanation of the situation. Even with a 'strict' judge and conservative county, he was able to totally... erase any chances of a charge (aka no points on my license!). Highly recommended. Thanks David!
