Exceptional Service, Highly Recommended

I would absolutely recommend Sarah and her team for your Estate Planning needs! I was looking to create my documents around estate planning. Sarah and her team are extremely personable and friendly. They are happy to walk you through the different documents and setup based on your situation. They were able to speak with me and determine which is the best approach for my needs. The documents were created and sent quickly. She also walked me through what the post-process was and all the different options I had available to me to ensure I was doing it correctly. I was able to have some edits made and within a few weeks I was all set! I could not believe how easy and streamlined the process was. Sarah and her team answered all my questions promptly. I had a wonderful working with Sarah and her team and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

A little about me: After graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Communication, I attended the University of Baltimore Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Environmental Law. After law school, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone in the Howard County Circuit Court. I worked at the Food and Drug Administration for six years, where I helped to protect children from tobacco related disease, and worked with Congress to protect the health of families and children. I am bringing my passion to helping families and children to my law practice, and look forward to working directly with your family to help with your legal needs.

Estate Planning

Sarah was very attentive and flexible. We decided to do estate planning after the birth of our second child and she was very patient, answered all of our questions (multiple times). We were also able to do everything online and over zoom, which made it so much easier during the public health emergency. I highly recommend her and her firm.

Professional and Easy for our Estate Planning

Efficient Estate Planning

I found Sarah through the Connecting Rainbows directory which connects LGBTQ+ families to affirming attorneys who are equipped to handle our unique family needs. Sarah made the process very easy and straightforward for us to have our wills, power of attorney and advanced directives in place to supplement our rights as a legally married couple should the rights given in our marriage license change in the future. We plan to come back for help with second parent adoption as well.

Estate Attorney or Life Coach?

Sarah was our estate attorney. She wrote our wills and created a trust for our child. But more importantly she walked us through all of our estate options. Then, she crafted our wills alongside us, and explained our options and what the content meant at every step. That collaborative and guiding approach was very important to us.
