Got the job done on a moving violation

David represented me on a moving violation citation that I received after rear-ending a truck in the beltway. I never had to appear in court and his representation, as well as the ineptness of the police, resulted in a dismissal of the case. David is approachable and easy to talk to, and is g...reat with communication. I would absolutely hire him again and 10/10 recommend him to anyone dealing with a similar situation. Thank you, David!

Excellent service by David

David was very good at understanding at your case and give a clear thought and help you walkthrough all over the processes and help you not guilty, in my case i got a ticket for accident and i am cleared with no tickets and found not guilty, excellent job by David!!

Excellent Attorney

I had an accident in the state of Maryland and I received a citation. I felt that I was innocent and researched online for attorneys in the area and upon speaking with Attorney David Waranch I hired him immediately. Mr. Waranch gave me step-by-step instructions of the process of going to court and... that I may not have to attend in person. He represented me well and the same day notified me that I was found not guilty. He responded to my questions and concerns with great communication and I recommend him highly.

Excellent attorney for traffic case

I was in a 3 car accident where i rearended the first car. I got cited for failure to control speed which was three points plus a fine. I eventually contacted David. I told him what happened and he walked me through the process. He kept me up to date with the case details along the way. Eventual...ly, we went to court and no witnesses showed up! My citation was dismissed. Overall, David is an excellent attorney with excellent communication.

Awesome!

Very helpful in my accident case, kept me updated and explained things to me well. I was able to fight a wrongful ticket and win. Felt good having a good lawyer on my side! I would highly recommend!
