Omid A. Azari

I retained Omid after consultations with SEVERAL attorneys who encouraged me to allow them to represent me with a disclaimer that I should not expect much else outside a verdict of probation before judgement. Attorneys who did not make said disclaimer offered to cut me "deals" in their retainer fees down from their "standard" 5-7k to $4500-$6500 boasting about their popular firm names & close relationships with county judges. Omid was like a breath of fresh air, as he prioritized my desire to fight tooth & nail to attain a not guilty verdict without once pushing me to consider settling for PBJ. He came beyond the preparedness I could have ever expected, even at one point agreeing to the court's request for a 3 hour break in our trial (I'm sure hindering his day's work agenda having come all the way out to Glen Burnie), and ultimately Omid WON my DUI/DWI case!!!!! Charges were minimalized to minor traffic charges with not guilties for the alcohol related offenses just as we'd hoped for. I could not have asked for better results.

Omid Azari is by far the most sincere, compassionate, honest & professional Lawyer I have ever worked with. I went into his office terrified of the many charges I was facing and I was truly expecting a horrible outcome. After numerous conversations Omid assured me he would do everything in his power to fix the many wrong charges I was facing. I had 5 separate hearings as well as a MVA Appeal, the most stressful being the MVA hearing & MVA Appeal. Omid won my MVA hearing & was able to convince the Attorney General to dismiss the MVA Appeal. Omid had two of the other cases dismissed. The remaining two cases had amazing outcomes based on the severity of charges. He has always kept me informed and has always been honest with me with what the possible worst outcome could be.
