100% recommend- Not Guilty on both charges

I received two exceeding posted maximum speeding tickets (one 71 in a 45, one 71 in a 45 in a work zone) which amounted to very expensive tickets, many potential points on my license, and a significant potential car insurance increase. I googled around and called a couple lawyers. One of which was s...ignificantly more expensive than David Waranch, who preached that 'you get what you pay for', but was from a large firm, had his assistant reach out to me instead, and I overall didn't have a great feeling about him. When I spoke with David Waranch personally, I trusted his experience and his level of engagement in my case. He discussed my case with me at length, called to check in with me as my court date neared, and called me after the case to let me know I was found NOT guilty on both charges. I know the process to pick a lawyer can be overwhelming and confusing but David will focus on your case. He has both sincerity and the expertise and I 100% recommend him.

Best Attorney !

David is Professional ,responsive, friendly, and helped me out of a Speeding Ticket . The verdict was favorable to me -"NOT GUILTY" with No fines or court costs due. I would highly recommend David.

Professional and Knowledge

After 15 + years of driving without a ticket, I was pulled over. The "super cop" wrote multiple citations for the same offense to up the fine and his stats. I Found out this was 100% legal after talking to another cop, as I was informed this ensures they get high stats and convictions. Fearful of get...ting high points for my first offense, I deiced to contact some lawyers for options. Attorney David Richard Waranch was the second attorney to speak with me. Att. Waranch was very knowledgeable and professional from the start; he was upfront with the fee’s and told me what I needed to do to prepare for this ticket. His payment form came through email and all documents to sign. This was organized and automated making it extremely easy to understand what was required, for how much and why. Once I paid spoke with him and got everything together Mr. Waranch said he would contact me 1 week prior to the case to speak about what he thought would happened. All went accordingly and the verdict was rendered in my favor thanks to him. I highly recommend his services, as he is fair, prompt and upfront; there were no false promises made and he kept all expectations realistic.

Best Decision in Hiring David

David did an excellent job with defending me in court over a traffic citation. I got a citation for doing 90 in a 55 along with various reckless and negligent driving charges with the fines adding up to being over $1,000. I did my research online for finding the best representation and when I came ac...ross David's site I was immediately impress with his background, knowledge, success rate and of course reviews from others. Since our first interaction he has been friendly, professional, and helpful. He stayed on top of everything, I didn't have to go to court (so I didn't have to miss work) and he was able to get me a PBJ which means no points or convictions. He was able to get rid of everything except the 90mph fine. I ended up having to pay $300 but no points, nothing on my record and my insurance company not finding out I'll take that. David helped me get through this practically worry free and I thank him for that and all he has done for me.

David Rocks!!

I have contacted David for a ticket I received after researching reviews of attorneys in the DC Metro area. The reviews were accurate about him being courteous, professional and gets the job done right! He called me right after I contacted him, he asked me questions about my case and what are my opti...ons, no pressure, very friendly, honest and straight forward. He made sure that I understood the process and was open to answering any questions or concerns I had as we got closer to the hearing, he called me again before the hearing and went over everything to make sure if I had any further questions. After all, everything went well with my case as he stated to me in the beginning. Always reachable via email to any questions. I will definitely recommend David to people I know and will hire him again!!
