Recommend highly!

I was caught in a speed trap. The speed limit had decreased from 45 to 35 miles per hour a few weeks prior, and I hadn't noted the change. This was my first moving violation in decades. I read the ticket the officer handed me. I didn't know what the best course of action would be: PAY FINE AMOUNT ...$160 vs REQUEST WAIVER HEARING vs REQUEST TRIAL. While I was researching online, I came upon Maryland traffic lawyer Attorney David Richard Waranch's website. After leaving a message with his assistant, I got a call back from David within 30 minutes. Immediately David put me at ease. It was clear he was experienced and he was personable. David told me without hesitation I should request a trial and that I didn't even need to appear for the court date. As questions arose in my mind, I emailed or texted David and he always answered. About a week before my trial, David and I spoke to review my court case. My case was scheduled for 1:30 pm on a Monday, and at 1:40 pm David called to tell me I was found "not guilty". (The officer hadn't shown up.) I recommend Attorney Waranch highly. Even if the outcome had been different, employing David Waranch to represent me was worth it.

Professional and Knowledge

After 15 + years of driving without a ticket, I was pulled over. The "super cop" wrote multiple citations for the same offense to up the fine and his stats. I Found out this was 100% legal after talking to another cop, as I was informed this ensures they get high stats and convictions. Fearful of get...ting high points for my first offense, I deiced to contact some lawyers for options. Attorney David Richard Waranch was the second attorney to speak with me. Att. Waranch was very knowledgeable and professional from the start; he was upfront with the fee’s and told me what I needed to do to prepare for this ticket. His payment form came through email and all documents to sign. This was organized and automated making it extremely easy to understand what was required, for how much and why. Once I paid spoke with him and got everything together Mr. Waranch said he would contact me 1 week prior to the case to speak about what he thought would happened. All went accordingly and the verdict was rendered in my favor thanks to him. I highly recommend his services, as he is fair, prompt and upfront; there were no false promises made and he kept all expectations realistic.

Smart and Professional

Waranch went much further than required for my case. Went to court for a speeding ticket, Waranch spoke with the officer before the trial and was able to find grounds to consider me not guilty. Would have been no way out otherwise. Would definitely hire again.
