Excellent Lawyer

David is an excellent lawyer. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get my points removed from my driving record and always available for questions. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Life saver !

I found Mr.Waranch online since I was dealing with a few different legal situations. The first initial call was very pleasant and I felt like he answered all my questions and advised me on the next step. When it came to taking care of my situation he was skilled, knowledgable, focused and most impor...tantly experienced. Thanks to him my bad situation is behind me and I will recommend him to all my friends and family if they ever needed he's services. By far one of the best in the area!

Pleasure to deal with

David is positive, professional, responsive, respectful, courteous, understanding, and easy to deal with and talk to. He is young and savvy with email, making the experience that much more systematic and user-friendly. He behaves as a hired defense attorney should - in your defense and on your side... to help you. This is in sharp contrast to what I experienced when consulting another traffic attorney, who behaved more like a prosecutor or even judge, beginning with the incorrect assumption of your guilt and infallibility of the traffic officer and then working off that flawed foundation - which is the totally wrong approach. David went to court on my behalf as expected. In my particular situation, I alerted David that the officer had noted the wrong county on the traffic citation, so that should be grounds to doubt the officer's judgement. David was confident that we wouldn't even need to go that far, because such as situation would mandate a dismissal simply because of the incorrect jurisdiction - which is exactly what happened. He also demonstrated confidence that had this not been the case, he could hold up a good defense.

A Man of Execellence!

My son was scheduled to appear before an MVA judge and faced suspension of his driving license for 6 months. Mr. Waranch explained in great detail using layman's (non-technical) terms the process and the probable outcome he could/would acheive based on his years of experience handling similar cases. ...Mr. Waranch argued intelligently and effectively on my son's behalf and he delivered; we were/are very pleased with the judge's decision.

The Best there is.

I hired Mr. Waranch based on the reviews here and I can attest, he is the best out there. Very smart, cordial, helpful person who walked me thru everything. I had not just 1 but 2 court dates within a week and half of each other, both serious traffic offenses. My first court date, I walked in and lit...erally walked out. My 2nd one which was today! I walked in and walked right back out. He is really top notch in everything, from preparation to actual court date. Goes above and beyond for you instead of the whole oohs and ahhs and I don't knows. If I ever had any issues again, he's the one I'll be calling.
