103mph case Dismissed

Last November i was rushing home and was doing 103mph through Calvert County, MD. I honestly thought i was doing around 80 because the rental car i had drove about the same as my truck and i didnt notice i was going that fast. I know i was speeding but not in the 100's. But anyway i work for the gov...t and my clearance was already under investigation to see if i can get it renewed so having something like this on my driving record could cause some problems. However, David was there to help me from the start and he made sure he would help me with my case no matter what. My case was dismissed and im very happy. I recommend David Warranch to everyone in need of a traffic attorney. Thanks again David!!!

failure to control vehicle speed ticket

Even though I was guilty, I was still able to end up paying only $33 and not receive any points on my record. Thank you so much, Mr Waranch!

Traffic court speeding ticket

I received a speeding ticket on I-95. David explained my options and the court trial process in clear layman's tems. I requested a trial. I had the option of attending or not. I attended and met David at the district court. David sought out the police officer and discussed my driving record with the... officer outside the court room. After the discussion, David informed me that the police officer would not be presenting evidence. I pleaded " not guilty". Judge ruled "not guilty". No court costs, no blemish on driving record. I was impressed with David's professionalism, expertise and social skills in handling my case with the police officer. I highly recommend David.

Friendly, competent, trustworthy attorney

We hired David Waranch for a traffic citation my son received last Fall. He was facing suspension of his license and possible jail time. Mr. Waranch gathered some details about my son such as his college GPA, driving records, and suggested an online driver improvement class. In the end the charges we...re dismissed and only one minor charge remained. Mr. Waranch made the whole process easier, provided reassurance along the way, and ensured the best possible outcome. Should we ever need a lawyer again, Mr. Waranch is my first choice.

Great Job!

I hired David to represent me for a speeding ticket I had received on I-95. The cop was not willing to reduce any part of the fine or points so David took him to trial and won! I was found not guilty with no fines or court costs. I would absolutely recommend him if you're in a bind (at least with spe...eding, that's the only offense I've hired him for so all I can attest to). If I ever find myself in that situation again (which, hopefully not) I will definitely be contacting David.
