Excellent experience & outstanding results!

This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer and Mr. Waranch exceeded my expectations. He returned my call on a Sunday evening, which was the first thing that really impressed him. He spent a lot of time talking through my issue and provided me with the information I needed to help my case. He was ...clear in giving me guidance and also followed up every conversation with an email. He always called me back exactly when he said he would. His follow through was great. He calmed my fears before the trial date and he called me with the results immediately. You can’t even imagine how happy I was when I was found not guilty on all charges! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I’m going to immediately call Mr. Waranch.

Not only won the case but also kept in touch via phone, text and email

Would have given 7 star if available. He communicated via phone, text and email, kept me updated all along, explained all options in plain English. His fees are very reasonable too. Exceptional Attorney

David Waranch is a rare gem. I hired him to defend me against a failure to yield ticket resulting in an accident. David was successful in getting a NOT GUILTY verdict and an acquittal. So not only did I not get 3 points but I paid zero fines! On another note, David was always in touch professionally ...either via email, text or phone with any information that I needed about my case, and he's always friendly. Fees are very reasonable. What can I say, there's a reason he has so many great reviews and I'm thrilled to be leaving yet another.

13 Charges Dropped Out of 14 Total

Based on other great reviews I decided to contact Mr. Waranch regarding the 14 charges I was facing. I was facing a suspended license and jail time. One of the charges I faced was driving vehicle on highway without current registration plates and validation tabs. I immediately decided to hire Mr. War...anch after seeing how informed Mr. Waranch was. He treated my case as if it were his own, he was extremely knowledgeable and there is no other lawyer I would want to represent me in the court room. Definitely the best lawyer I have ever came in contact with. Highly recommended!!!

No points no conviction

I had the pleasure to ask Mr. David represent me in the court for my ticket. Based on the explanation Mr. David provided to the judge, I got no points and no conviction and my driving record stayed clean. Plus, Mr. David is a really friendly person. I strongly recommend him.
