Best Lawyer Ever!

Jonathan Scott Smith is the most professional and knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. After a few months of research, I drove almost an hour to ask him to take a case previously held by another attorney. I knew after our first meeting he was the only person that I would trust going forward. The case was capped by my coverage and full of complications. Not only did he take my case, but he also won my case! He counseled me throughout, made it very convenient, fought for me no matter what came our way, even during Covid, and stood his ground. I was consistently kept in the loop of information and prepared for deposition and settlement. He was always 10 steps ahead and prepared for everything, even the unexpected which did arise. His confidence and knowledge gave me confidence when speaking in settlement. Linda in the office is amazing! She kept me informed and answered my questions, along with making me feel better on even my worst and most painful days. I could never say enough about how amazing the Jonathan Scott Smith law team are and I recommend them to everyone. They gave my family and I part of our life back!

Very Satisfied

I was a victim of a slip and trip accident at a prominent casino. 4 other firms turned down my case. Mr. Smith was my last chance. I am glad I made the call to him when I did. He fully explained that cases like this are a hard win, because the property has to accept liability. He took on my case and was diligent with acquiring all document from my medical providers. This was a long case held up by my very own medical providers, but Mr. Smith persevered and kept after what was needed. All of this while he experienced office staff changes, various paralegals errors combined with a strong caseload of his own. The fruit of the tree came to pass, he secured me a settlement that exceeded my minimum acceptable settlement.... SIGNIFICANTLY.. exceeded. Above all the rest, Personal Injury Lawyers!

Absolutely Amazing Experience

Auto accident

After my auto accident I contacted Mr. Smiths firm the receptionist was very polite, friendly and professional. Mr. Smith was very helpful by walking me through the entire procedure. In the end, with his quick thinking, conciseness and go get it attitude the case was settled out of court and I ended up getting the settlement I wanted. A fantastic job

In my case, the attorney had to take the insurance company to court because they refused to pay for medical, pain and suffering. We won thanks to my attorney! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Successfully represented

Mr. Smith is well prepared and knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to Maryland Law regarding driving violations. He was able to get me out of a false hit and run claim and helped me through DUI charges resulting in PBJ and no loss of driving privileges.

No words can express how grateful I am for Mr. Smith's diligence and expertise!

I found attorney Smith online because of his excellent ratings and client reviews. I found out for myself how true they were. He’s a very honest lawyer. He won’t give you anything but reality with your case. You will be privileged if he decides to take your case because you will be in the best hands possible. He’s intelligent, knowledgeable, and he has a heart, empathy, and above all he listens to what you are saying. The day I got injured changed my life. When I continued to have chronic severe migraines and medical bills, I became depressed and unsure of my future and my quality of life. Mr. Smith’s diligence saw to it that I am compensated so that all of my medical and physical needs will be taken care of. On the first day of my trial the defense offered me $25,000.00 to settle. Mr. Smith’s brilliance and knowledge in the courtroom helped the jury see the truth and see how much I continue to suffer. The jury awarded me over $900,000.00. I was also impressed with his staff. Former client

Attorney Jonathan smith recently defended me in a serious traffic case that carries jail time. Needless to say that for the months leading to the case my whole life was turned upside down with endless worries and concern about my future, my professional license and making a living for my family, every step of the way Mr Smith explained the steps/process and at least alleviated the fear of the unknown. On the day of the court trial, I knew I was in good hands when you saw the respect and hand shakes he received from ather attorneys, the assistant DA, and even a comforting smile from the judge. When you need a true professional who knows his way around the court system then he is your man. Needless to say my outcome was beyond my expectation, and I truly beleive his representation shed my whole case in a different light. When you are in serious trouble you really need to bring in the big guns, and Mr Smith is truly a heavy weight in the maryland justice system!

workman comp, workman comp, auto accident

Mr. Smith has taken care of 2 workman comp cases over the last 25 yrs amd is up to date will the laws and questions, on both ocassion we have exceeded his original outcome. Mr. Smith also just fought an accident for myself of who was going to pay the medical bills, between Mr. Smith and his team of Kim and Linda they stayed on top to make sure I was well informed of all decisions before going forward. I just can not say enough good things about his law firm!!!
