Slow and Steady, dot the I's cross the T's

My case was unusual because I hired the attorney before I even filed the death claim. I was told there was no insurance , thus no claim . The 3rd party administrator for my spouse's employer tried to stop me from asking questions about the group term life insurance policy. I needed to know who th...e insurance company was , and the claim process. They actually had the nerve to send me 2 nasty emails telling me because of HIPAA (Laws on medical insurance mostly ) I had no right as the spouse and beneficiary to be asking any questions. I knew HIPAA had nothing to do with Beneficiary rights and the death claim process. After receiving the second email I pulled over and made several phone calls to several firms listed on Google. Most law firms were slow to react , didn't really listen to what I was saying. The Boonswang Law Firm was very different . Justin sent me 2 emails . John the intake specialist has plenty of experience with Employers / HR departments and the Third Party Administrators who choose to completely ignore ERISA Federal law and guidelines. Fast forward 5 moths later :, (The Third Party Administrator and Employer were not returning his phone calls , emails or demand letters sent out by The Boonswang Law Firm . Their standard response was "talk to our attorney" . The attorney for the employer, buried his head in the sand . The Boonswang Law Firm was relentless, and I thought we were going to have to sue to get the Employer's attention. and cooperation. Magically a claim form was sent out . ( It went to the wrong address to a party not involved in the death claim .It was scanned and emailed to me ,) Nothing shocked or surprised me when I realized all the games the Employer was trying to play . The claim form was submitted and the insurance company was slow to deny the claim, because again ,the employer would not assist in the information needed. The Boonswang Law Firm already anticipated the claim was going to be denied, and based on their past experience with this Insurance company they had fully anticipated the ridiculous excuses that would be given, . So this may sound strange but everyone was excited to actually get the denial of death claim benefits letter. The hard part was over. Now that the claim was denied and a reason was stated on paper Chad Boonswang (owner / partner ) and a fellow attorney Joseph could pull out the big guns and point out all the wrong procedures, that occurred . Chad has been doing this so long he actually knows the claims department managers at several Insurance companies . He has spent 25 years building and maintaining strong relationships with the key people who can get a denied claim reversed and approved with a phone call from him . He called the Insurance company , he explained all the broken laws and all stress and heartache I , a grieving widow of a war veteran, had to go thru, just to get the life insurance funds on a policy my husband bought and paid for . I deposited my check today The Boonswang Law Firm will not stop , they are not afraid to file as many lawsuits as needed , and everyone in the business knows it,. Insurance companies hate it when beneficiaries hire : The Boonswang Law Firm .

In Memory of

Losing a loved one is obviously the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone but then when they think they’ve left you money to be able to move on with life you then find out it’s the claim has been denied and it wasn’t your fault you did everything you paid everything and they denied your polic...y payout. I spent three hours looking online and discovered this law firm and Chad and Michael have been amazing. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is trying to resolve an issue with life insurance that has been denied. They are caring sympathetic and they work to get you every dime they possibly can. They are quick and have your best interest at heart. They are even overnighting my funds. Highly Recommend

After my claim was denied I contacted Boonswang Law Firm and it only took about 2 months before I got paid. I would recommend this Law firm to anyone having problems with a denied Life insurance claim.

Success in the end

Mr Boonswang was able to collect all the money due to me on the insurance policy. It took longer than I expected but the results were worth the wait. It was a happy ending.
