Her field is Family Law and she does a good job in that field. She did do what we wanted and asked for. Only negative was getting through to her because of staff. Our desire would be that she could have been a little more aggressive.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2015.
Suspension issued in AZ, 2015
updated on 05/13/2016Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Probation issued in AZ, 2012
updated on 01/19/2015Probation means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“Please understand that my discipline and probation negatively affects my rating on Avvo. My probation was not due to any infractions related to my legal representation. I received an Arizona DUI in 2010, was issued an admonition (lowest form of discipline) from the State Bar and placed on probation for that reason alone. I have never received any discipline related to my actual work as an attorney.”
