Mr. Rafter answered my question thoroughly and completely, even though he had nothing to gain from it. That's unheard of here in Oregon. (I wish you were licensed in Oregon, Mr. Rafter! You would be my first phone call.)

MR. Charles replied Immediately to my questions and for that I do thank him. He was very responsive and clarified some important facts in determining if I have a solid case in my civil 4 th amendment violations complaint.
