Awesome job!

Chad Boonswang Law Firm is the best! Having lost an only daughter unexpectedly and then the insurance claim denied not after the months was a nightmare. I researched different law firms and was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning. Zoe was very professional, knowledgeable, and precise.... I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my situation. Michael was a lawyer and he fought for my grandchildren… remember, they loss their mom! No amount of money will bring her back, but at least they can continue on with reaching their goals of completing college. This is my best experience in regards to a law firm. They were amazing with their work effort and did strive, and was successful in obtaining the most in our case. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Five Stars is not Enough

A little over a year ago our mother fell and passed away. As we were organizing her estate we filed a claim on her life insurance policy. They denied the claim initially bc they said she had not paid her premium. Actually, our mother had paid, but on one of her payments, not known to her, had been r...eturned by the post office bc she failed to write the city and state on the envelope. The insurance company would not allow us to set up automatic payments and did not provided return envelopes with their address. Because of a simple mistake about not including all info on the envelope the claim was denied. Our mother had made every payment for 19 years and now the insurance company was denying our claim. We already had a hard enough time with our mother’s sudden death, and now we had to deal with this insurance claim. That is when we contacted the Boonswang Law Firm. Unlike most attorneys, Chad agreed to take our case. It was a case that would take a miracle to win. Well, Chad did the impossible and won the case for us and the insurance company honored our claim. We cannot say enough about Chad and his team. If you want an attorney that can do the impossible call this law firm. They understand the law and even the unwritten aspects of the law. They were marvelous and we are extremely grateful for their accepting and winning our case!

My spouse

So my husband passed away in 2019 in car wreck driving under the influence of a .232 due to his injuries. I submitted his death certificate to the insurance and they denied me twice because they claimed they couldn’t pay because he was intoxicated and it was way over legal limit… not legally I knew I... couldn’t do this on my own and I was pensive over the years because he died from His injuries not intoxication. I hired chad and his team in November and they just got the check in hand. Thank you all a million times over….. from expecting nothing to getting paid I’d take that anyway!y’all are knowledgeable in what y’all do!!

Question? Can a beneficiary of a lapsed life insurance policy still receive a settlement?

Answer, Yes you can, but it will require knowledgeable lawyers to help you with your claim, which is what I received with the help from Boonswang Law. I tried for 2 years on my own to communicate with my fathers Life Insurance Company before his passing, to make his lapsed policy payments, and lea...rned that I could be completely ignored. I was able to provide Boonswang Law with documentation I had sent to the Ins. Co, and the policy my father had purchased, and after a few months, I received a settlement and payment from Boonswang Law, which never would have happened without their assistance. I recommend then highly for anyone in the U.S. with Insurance Co. problems. I am in Alaska and they are in Pennsylvania, and everything was handled online and it all worked out in the end, so if you are the beneficiary of someones policy and think that you lost out on a payment due to the policy lapsing, call Boonswang Law to get the money that your loved one wanted you to have in the first place.

Awesome attorney!

Chad Boonswang has integrity beyond! He was able to resolve my case in Godspeed, 4 weeks to be exact. The life insurance dilemma and delay that I tried to handle on my own was not successful and Mr. Boonswang relieved my family as soon as he was hired. If anyone needs a reference, contact me!
