Great service

Hello I contacted Zoe and right away she was helpful she assured me I had a case and they would definitely be able to get me the money I deserved and that’s exactly what she did it took almost 6 months but that was due to the insurance company there was no issues and the process what very easy with n...o stress at all

Highly recommend this firm

After a year dealing with life insurance company declining payout and pushing it back on employer and employer wanting to just pay back what was paid in on life policy was unacceptable. State Department of Finance stated out of their jurisdiction even thou policy was written in the state and apparent...ly prior lawyer did nothing and in the end said didn’t believe there was a chance. Then I found Boonswang Law Firm and had full payout within a month! Yes, within a month! I am so grateful. Dealing with this firm was expedient and flawless. Wish I found them sooner. Grief and grieving is hard and shame on these insurance companies for making it difficult on top of that when our loved ones have passed. THANK YOU BOONSWANG LAW FIRM. If I could give you more than five stars I would.

He got me my mom's life insurance claim when I was denied.

Five Stars is not Enough

A little over a year ago our mother fell and passed away. As we were organizing her estate we filed a claim on her life insurance policy. They denied the claim initially bc they said she had not paid her premium. Actually, our mother had paid, but on one of her payments, not known to her, had been r...eturned by the post office bc she failed to write the city and state on the envelope. The insurance company would not allow us to set up automatic payments and did not provided return envelopes with their address. Because of a simple mistake about not including all info on the envelope the claim was denied. Our mother had made every payment for 19 years and now the insurance company was denying our claim. We already had a hard enough time with our mother’s sudden death, and now we had to deal with this insurance claim. That is when we contacted the Boonswang Law Firm. Unlike most attorneys, Chad agreed to take our case. It was a case that would take a miracle to win. Well, Chad did the impossible and won the case for us and the insurance company honored our claim. We cannot say enough about Chad and his team. If you want an attorney that can do the impossible call this law firm. They understand the law and even the unwritten aspects of the law. They were marvelous and we are extremely grateful for their accepting and winning our case!

2 year battle

My husband passed 2 years ago. The insurance company would not review my accidental death and dismemberment until they had the proper documentation. For 2 years I fought trying to get the documents and failed. I tried to hire numerous of attorneys in my state and no one would take my case. I was bles...sed enough to come across their website and decided to give them a call. From that first encounter they gave me reassurance just by gathering all information and staying in contact with me every step of the way. It’s hard enough losing someone and all the hassle you have to endure so it was so refreshing for this law firm to lighten my load. From the bottom of my heart, I truly can’t thank you guys enough.
