Mr. Boonswang and his team were my shinning white knights in dealing with the life insurance company after the death of my sister. Long story short; my sister was disabled person living on a limited income. In July of 2018 we didn't pay the life insurance premium; we had to help her with Augusts rent.... In August we paid a double on the premium. The same day we paid it, my sister died. The life insurance company did not want to pay the claim. At first we didn't know what to do and we were going to just give up. I am very happy with the Boonswang Law Firm. Chad and his team got justice for my mother. My mother passed away with the notion that she was leaving her children a little something and all that was diminished when the insurance company denied the claim stating my mother had lied on her application. T...hey sent my two siblings and I a check for the premiums which amounted to a little over a hundred dollars for each one of us. I just felt this was wrong and decided to seek legal counsel. I contacted several attorneys and no one returned my calls, so I almost decided to give up. I contacted the firm about 6months ago. Chad sold the firm as being the best in the business as far as working with insurance companies that don't want to pay. After pondering on going with the firm I was very afraid seeing that they are in another state and I can't go and visit the office if I need... to. My experience so far has been horrible. I can never get any answers from anyone there yet alone a return phone call or email response. I'm big on professionalism and the employees lack in this area. Once you sign the agreement they are not so accommodating. Whenever you call your told the attorney will return your call and that NEVER HAPPENS....I'm not sure who's writing these reviews but my experience has been nothing but added turmoil.
