J Charles Ferrari received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California. Mr. Ferrari received his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School.
Mr. Ferrari has represented companies and corporations of all sizes in their immigration matters. Mr. Ferrari has also represented countless individuals in all aspects of immigration law, including litigation before the Federal District courts. Mr. Ferrari also handles other corporate and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Ferrari is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the California Courts and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Ferrari has volunteered as an attorney for the Asian Pacific American Legal Center. While an in-house counsel forComputer Sciences Corporation, Mr. Ferrari was also a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association.
Mr. Ferrari has served on the Board of Directors of the Organization of Chinese Americans — Greater Los Angeles Area, and of the Asian Professional Exchange, and is a member of the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment. He also served on the New Theatre Campaign Committee of the East West Players theatre.
