Losing a loved one is obviously the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone but then when they think they’ve left you money to be able to move on with life you then find out it’s the claim has been denied and it wasn’t your fault you did everything you paid everything and they denied your polic...y payout. I spent three hours looking online and discovered this law firm and Chad and Michael have been amazing. I am very happy with the Boonswang Law Firm. Chad and his team got justice for my mother. My mother passed away with the notion that she was leaving her children a little something and all that was diminished when the insurance company denied the claim stating my mother had lied on her application. T...hey sent my two siblings and I a check for the premiums which amounted to a little over a hundred dollars for each one of us. I just felt this was wrong and decided to seek legal counsel. I contacted several attorneys and no one returned my calls, so I almost decided to give up. I couldn't sleep one night and decided to look online again for an attorney who would possibly take the case or at least call me back. The website for the Boonswang law firm seems like it popped up out of no where. I read that if they don't win the case; the client does not owe them anything so I sent over the consultation request form and received a call the next day (I think). It was a quick response to me. I spoke with John and he sent over all the information for me to fill out. I didn't fill the information right away because I started having doubts about beating the "BIG" insurance company. John called about a week after sending the paperwork to follow up and reiterated that if they don't win, I'm not losing anything. I sent my paperwork in and about 6 months into the case, Chad called and stated that he had reached a settlement (which was about month before the anniversary of my mother's passing). When my husband had passed and I notified the insurance company. they flat out said it is denied. That meant only one thing that I would be receiving $O. I thought about it for a few weeks knowing that it was a very unfair decision on the part of the insurance company. Went on the internet typed in... lawyers for denied life insurance policies and Atty Boonswangs firm came up and of course they are in PA. Not sure if I should be trusting, is it a real firm. I took the chance and it is the best possible choice I could have made. Not only were they professional but also caring towards me about the loss of my husband.
