At Sherwood Family Law, our mission is to help people divorce without worry, by making the right decisions before, during and after divorce.
1. We will meet with you at our office and discover how to move forward in your divorce or custody case by compassionately listening to and understanding your needs.
2. We craft a plan that will give you direction on how to move forward in your divorce or custody case, and will help you find long-term security for your future.
3. We carry out the plan, steer you around danger, and guide you step-by-step through your divorce or custody case. We help you make the big decisions so that you can spend more time healing and less time worrying.
About Ryan Hamilton:
What sets Sherwood Family Law apart is that we have learned to help people in a way that actually improves their lives, and that all begins with understanding.
My friends and family believed that being an attorney was just about being able to convince people to do something different, and to argue for the sake of arguing. I knew this wasn't me.
Instead, I knew I had the ability to listen to people and to understand their point of view. My dad taught me how to do that. He lived a tough life, served overseas, and came home with patience and understanding. My father taught me how to put myself in the shoes of someone else, and understand them better by living their life for a minute.
I became a family law attorney because I know how important my family is to me, and that helps me understand how important family, especially children, are to the people I help. My mission is to help good and honest people through difficult divorce and custody cases when they need it the most.
I protect people who are going through a divorce, and help parents fight for their right to custody.
We help people get custody of their children and help parents stay parents.

Gave great advice and helped clear my name of a violation!
I had a traffic ticket and sought Ryan's advice. I knew I hadn't violated traffic laws, but the ticket was from a camera. He helped me draft the paperwork to contest the ticket and I submitted it a few days later. The ticket came back cleared and I saved a bunch of money.
