Best lawyer in USA
My experience with the office of Mr Shusterman was great, they are very professional, trust-worthy, extremely reliable. My husband is a physician he had different lawyer for H 1 visa. We wasted our time with him we hoped that we had known Mr. Shusterman before. We completed our immigration process successfully we have our citizenship now thanks to him and of course we are using him for 2 more cases for my family and I always strongly recommend him to our friends. I will not use anyone else.

The most decent and honest attorney.
When I came to the USA, I meet with other attorneys that did not give any hope about working as an RN. When I meet Mr. C. Shuster man I felt so fortunate, he was direct and clear about my case that was resolved. Thank you so much. You change my life. My admiration to you.

Carl is the go to lawyer when you need help with immigration!!!
Carl came to my aid when no one else would. His NIS background gives him a unique perspective why USCIS is wanting to deny your petition. Both Jennifer & he are competent, quick to respond & reliable when you need help! They got my case turned around within 8 days by submitting a compelling response to NOID backed by case laws going as far back as 50 years. 10 out of 10 times I’d want my friends and colleagues to put their money on Carl & Jennifer, if ever you need help!

Thank you!
I approached Carl Shusterman some years ago with a very complicated immigration situation, after having consulted a few other attorneys. Mr. Shusterman's positivity was apparent from the moment I explained the details of my case. His optimism, however, wasn't simply a reflection of his attitude, but was based upon his years working as an immigration judge as well as his practice as an attorney. Unbelievably, despite how skeptical the previous attorneys had been about my case, Mr. Shusterman had actually handled a very similar set of circumstances. His analysis of the relevant law, and his understanding of how it would be applied, made all the difference. There is no doubt in my mind that, without him present at my interviews, I wouldn't be able to report that, as of yesterday, after years spent waiting, I took my oath and became a U.S. citizen. Thank you, Mr. Shusterman, for all your help, and for all your support along the way.

Best Immigration Lawyer!
Consummate professional, exceptional knowledge, compassionate human being are under statements when used to describe Mr. Shusterman. Tagging him as "Best Immigration Lawyer" is a start. Bar none, he's the best! After consulting 9 overpriced attorneys (I paid nearly twice as much to quacks on Park Avenue and San Francisco), I visited Mr. Shusterman with no optimism. I was wrong. While others overcharged and dished out arrogance, Mr. Shusterman was matter of fact and to the point. He gave no false hope; evaluated the situation quickly and recommended a course of action in just 30 minutes. I wondered how he was able to advise so quickly. I guess that such clarity comes from being an insider (having started his career as an immigration officer) followed by four decades defending immigrant rights. While his knowledge is worth it's weight in gold, even more compelling is Mr. Shusterman's humanity. Mr. Shusterman's compassionate understanding and ability to listen are exceptional! There wasn't an occasion, during a three year period, when I contacted Mr. Shusterman, that my call was not returned within a short period. He was always patient, attentive and reassured me within the constraints of the law and bureaucratic limitations. In summary, Mr. Shusterman's a consummate professional with unparalleled knowledge of the law and keen insights. He's a seasoned veteran with unwavering compassion and at an incredibly reasonable price given his expertise. I'm at a loss of superlatives to describe Mr. Shusterman. Suffice it to say, that it has been an honor and privilege to have had his counsel.

a simple phone call with full of hope.
hi there! i just want to share my best phone conversation with ATTY. CARL SHUSTERMAN. Last year of june 2020 i am about to process my adjustment of status with my 245i, during this time i had a immigration lawyer ATTY.KAPUYA, and also last year of january 2020 i got married, i'm always asking my lawyer atty. kapuya if i can include my wife on my adjustment of status 245i? but she is always telling me that i cannot include my wife as my DERIVATIVE OR AFTER ACQUIRED SPOUSE, i was so frustrated because im loosing hope for my wife. theres a time im becoming so deppressed. Untill one day on the month of AUGUST 2020 i asked the help of MR. DAVID ELCOTT who is a good friend of ATTY. CARL SCHUSTERMAN, MR. ELCOTT WAS THE SON OF MY RESIDENT AT CARMEL BOARD AND CARE. I talked to MR. ELCOTT over the phone and i asked him to help me if i can inquire or make a consultation with atty. schusterman on my problem. The following day ATTY CARL SCHUSTERMAN CALLED ME ON MY CELLPHONE WE STARTED TALKING ABOUT MY CASE, FIRST OF ALL HE ASKED ME IF WHATS MY SITUATION? I TOLD HIM IM ABOUT TO PROCESS MY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS THRU 245I BECAUSE MY VISA IS NOW CURRENT, AND I ASKED HIM IF I CAN INCLUDE MY WIFE ON MY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS AS MY DERIVATIVE OR AFTER ACQUIRED WIFE? AND HE SAID TO ME ( ABSOLUTELY). ATTY. SCHUSTERMAN HE EMAILED ME A NOTE FROM USCIS REGARDING THE AFTER ACQUIRED SPOUSE AND HE TOLD ME SHOW SHOW IT TO MY LAWYER ATTY KAPUYA, AND I GAVE THE NOTE TO ATTY KAPUYA AND STILL SHE IS REFUSING TO INCLUDE MY WIFE, I KEPT ASKING MY SELF? WHO SHOULD I TRUST ON MY PROBLEM ATTY SCHUSTERMAN OR ATTY KAPUYA?. ON THE SAME DAY I MADE MY DECISION TO TRUST ATTY SCHUSTERMAN ON MY PROBLEM AND I CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH ATTY KAPUYA. AND I THANK OUR GOD ALMIGHTY THAT WITH THE SIMPLE AND GENEROUS PHONE CALL FROM ATTY SCHUSTERMAN HIMSELF I HAD HOPE AND ALL I CAN SEE IS FULL OF BRIGHTNESS AT THE END OF THE DARK TUNNEL. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG BIG THANK YOU TO ATTY SCHUSTERMAN. WE WISH YOU A LONG LIFE AND THE BEST HEALTH.

Finally a great professional
It’s been many years I’ve done through many immigration challenges. Some of the immigration attorneys I hired didn’t assist me with with the requested attention, so I ended up requested to be deported. Finally I stepped up and decided to hire one of the best attorney in the country. And here I am, he helped me even when seemed impossible to other attorneys, now I got naturalizations without further accidents. Thank you Carl!!!

Amazing job!!!
This is for sure the best immigration firm. I would like to thank Mr. Shusterman for his excellent advice and guidance. Special thanks to Ana Cruz and Giselle Sotelo. They worked with me from start to finish My case was complicated, but they did the impossible thing and solved my case in less than two weeks. They helped me with my dream of becoming a US citizen. I am going to my Oath Ceremony in the end of July. That is exceptional and you cannot put a price on that. I highly recommend this firm for any immigration issues.

Chicago removal proceedings for fraud/misrepresentation
I had a very complex situation and I previously hired other attorneys to work on my case but nobody was able to not only to solve it but even to get a hearing date. When I reached out to Carl I knew that this is the right attorney for my case. I worked with both, Carl and Jennifer to prepare for my case. I am trilled with their honesty and integrity and the way they treated me. Carl came to Chicago and we were told that my individual hearing will be postponed. Carl took ownership of the issue and prevented this nonsense. At the hearing, Carl used his extensive knowledge and creative mindset and terminate the proceedings in about 45 minutes. My advice to all immigrants that are facing immigration challenges is: TALK TO CARL!!!

Extremely Professional and value for money
I think they are the best Immigration Attorney I ever hired. My naturalization case was pretty complexed with heavy business travel. But the way Carl's office handled my case and Ellen Lee of their office represented me during my hearing, it was simply wonderful! I thank Carl and his team for a wonderful job and would blindly recommend anyone to him.
