Divorce and Custody

Brad and his team did a great job with my divorce and custody case. The whole process has been very hard and sometimes overwhelming, however Brad was my one assurance of a fair and equitable resolution, he did an outstanding job before the judge that was hearing our case and made concise arguments that won me temporary custody of my children. His expertise and negotiation skills were key in resolving all issues at our first mediation. All papers signed and a new chapter beginning!! Thank you Brad !!

Mr. Fisher Review

Mr. Fisher was superb in handling my divorce case. From early on explaining what needed to happen and how he can help me through the entire process was a really positive experience. His office workers were especially helpful in keeping me grounded through the stressful preliminary area of filling out the forms and keeping me on track.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt it necessary to share my experience. Mr. Fisher and the girls in the office are all you could ask for and more from an attorney’s office. They always responded promptly (same day), were always kind and attentive and never once let me feel like I was not prepared or ready for my case. In court, Mr. Fisher shines and represented me flawlessly. 10/10 would recommend.

Honest & Trustworthy Family Law Attorney

Worked with 3 other lawyers before finding Brad, save yourself the trouble and start here. Took over a case that had gone nowhere for over a year and had it finished in six months (impressive considering the pandemic). Always responsive, realistic, and reasonably priced, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Excellent attorney

Brad and his staff were attentive and informative at every step of my case. I never felt like I was waiting for a reply or that my questions were going unanswered. Exellent attorney

I was lost when I hired Mr. Fisher to represent me in my attempt to modify my divorce agreement. I made a great choice! Everyone involved was so professional, Mr. Fisher, Jessika and all involved ensured that my needs were met, way more than I anticipated. I even had other issues that came up during the course involving getting my home solely in my name and Mr. Fisher took care of it for me without me even knowing that he could help with the issue. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for guidance and help in sorting out their issues from divorce.

Excellent divorce attorney

If you want someone who will fight for what you are entitled to then Mr. Fisher is the one! He will go to battle for you! He is a very soft spoken man but he gets the job done. It was a pleasure watching him work before the magistrate. I highly recommend Mr. Fisher all day long! He also has payment plans which made it so good for me.

Honest Attorney

Brad is one of the most honest attorneys in the area. I met with multiple lawyers in the area and he was the only one who gave me honest advice. He Saved my daughters childhood.

I found Brad Fisher online. His office wasn't far from my home so I went to meet with him. I left him with a nice sized Check for a retainer. I was given a full refund soon there after because of the nature of my case , Brad knew from experience that only god could help me. The circumstances of my case changed and I went back to speak to Brad. I retained him again and within a very short time my case was resolved with the outcome I wanted from the beginning. Comfort and assurance in my time of need

Mr Fisher and his staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding in my time of need. Divorce is not an easy decision, but they were there for me in my time of need, removing as much of the stress as possible therefore making the whole process efficient and quick. (Please note, our divorce was uncontested w/o children).

You will not find anyone better than him

Mr. Fishers office was there when life threw me a curve-ball and my husband of 15 years decided to divorce me. I found Mr.Fisher, because I wanted an attorney to be specialized in family law, not just someone that has his pictures on billboards. In Mr.Fisher, I found my perfect attorney for my case. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. he helped me in every step I took and always advised me to the best of my interests. He has been amazing thru this entire process. Amazing Attorney & Staff

My Husband & I have recently used Brad Fisher as our family law attorney in two different child custody cases. We had such a wonderful experience. He is very proficient, professional, trustworthy, honest, & detail oriented. The staff is also great. The legal assistant & praralegal are both so sweet, caring, & extremely helpful. Family child consult

Mr Fisher was awesome! He helped me to understand more of the situation & also clarify distinctively what I already did know. We don't live in the same town of Fl & I don't know him personally. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Confident

Hired Mr. Fisher for dissolution of marriage case. Mr. Fisher and his staff were very helpful and friendly. If I had a question or concern, it was addressed the same day, if not the next day. Mr. Fisher and his staff ensured that I was up to date throughout the life of the case by providing copies of all correspondence; I also received updates via phone call. Mr. Fisher was very knowledgeable and confident throughout the case which made going through a divorce less stressful, and surprisingly, a great experience. Overall, I had a great experience with Mr. Fisher as my attorney and I am very pleased with the outcome of the case!

If you're reading this I'm sorry you are finding yourself in your current situation but you have come to the right place if you're considering Mr. Fisher as your attorney. My first consultation 9 months ago was terrifying but Mr. Fisher was exactly what I needed. He was patient, direct and kind. My first consultation was free and it was then and there I realized he would work hard on mine and my children's behalf. Those first few weeks I was contacting his office constantly. I would receive a reply that same day from one of his assistants who were always so gracious. I will always refer friends and acquaintances to his expertise. The price was fair for the amount of attention I received.

Child Custody

Mr. Fisher and his team was a great help in this long process for my child custody case. I don't believe my outcome would have been what it was with without his team of professionals. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and called when I needed extra information. Really help ease my mind a lot being that I lived in GA dealing with this case in FL. Remarkable I only had to make one trip to FL for the purpose of this case. I would definitely recommend Brady Fisher.
