super satisfied

Evelyn was very helpful, very knowledgeable in the area I needed her. I found comfort knowing she was on my side. She was quick to respond to all my questions. Overall I was really satisfied with the job she did for me.

Without a doubt, the BEST lawyer ever!

In a very difficult case against CPS, Eve represents our family in a complex custody battle with our wonderful grandkids. Though the challenges in our case have puzzled most attorneys, Eve by far is the most knowledgeable attorney in the court room with the most experience and zest! She is awesome!... Glad she's on our side. At at time when we really needed the best, we were so lucky to find Eve and will be forever thankful for her tenacity and knowledge about the legal system. You rock Eve!

Evelyn to the rescue

After finding myself in a horrible situation, i went what i called lawyer hunting. It was the worst experience ever, so many different lawyers had different opinions and there prices where worth chopping an arm and a leg. After a family friend refereed me to Evelyn i took the chance to have a consult...ation with her. She fit me in her schedule really early in the morning which i found it a plus because she took time to listen to my case even if it was around 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning. She listened to every single detail i gave her, something the other lawyers did not even bother doing. She gave me great legal advise on what route i should take. Days later i returned to Evelyn and hired her. She kept me well informed every step of the way. She actually got to working on my case the day after i hired her. She did not give me any false promises like the other lawyers, she kept everything honest and real with me. I would of not trusted anyone else with my case but Evelyn. There was comfort and security i felt knowing i was in Evelyn's hands knowing she would do everything for me to get me through this. She is an amazing lawyer! If you need any help or want to be with someone that will give you the same comfort feeling i had than Evelyn Cox is the person you are looking for.

She is the best!!

I was involved in CPS case where my child was taken away from me. I was charged with failure to protect my child from domestic violence within the household. After the first hearing, I called a friend who has gone through a similar situation and she advised me to contact Evelyn as soon as possible. E...velyn was honest and very clear from the very beginning. She is so worth every dollar. She does not sugar coat. Evelyn has the unique insight in the CPS and Court system that is phenomenal. Dealing with CPS can be confusing and frustrating. There is so much disconnect between the CPS and the Family Court. I needed somebody in my corner and Evelyn is exactly what one needs. Pretty much everybody knew her and she knew everybody from the social workers to the judges. She was very aggressive in getting more time for me during my visitations with my child. I got my child back within 60 days. She continuously kept me informed of all the communication she had with CPS and attorneys. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in a similar boat. When it comes to your family, you do not want anybody but the best and Evelyn is the best!

An attorney who gets the job done.

I had a very serious custody case and CPS situation arise suddenly. My legal company found Evelyn on the internet. I contacted Evelyn and she met with me and took my case. Little did she know it would become a nightmare. This case was a multi-level one. Evelyn dealt with a child custody case whic...h turned into a CPS/child abuse case. Evelyn was amazing. She dealt with CPS and police in 2 states and a very difficult ex-husband. She worked with investigators to gather evidence and was available whenever I needed her. I was very impressed with the way she communicated not only with me but also my ex-husband. She kept me informed about everything going on in my case. She instructed me ahead of time on what to expect and reviewed everything with me to make sure I understood everything. She handled every correspondence with outstanding patience and quick responses. She did not allow him to get away with anything. She advised me how to respond to CPS, in court and to my ex-husband and his threats. I was equipped to handle court and CPS meetings in 2 states. I could call her with any questions or problems that came up. My case was a difficult and time consuming one. Evelyn was there every step of the way to guide me through all the legalities and steps involved in dealing with CPS and court. She even did extra research and phone calls to another state to see what we were up against and what had to be filed. The amount of evidence she gathered was very imressive. She took notes during every conversation with authorities or my ex-husband. She was so thorough and never missed a beat. This was an extremely traumatic event for me and my kids. Evelyn took the legal stress off my shoulders and did an outstading job. Not only did we win our case but the outcome was more than I could have hoped for. I now have full custody of my kids and we got child support. I have recommended Evelyn to some of my friends and will continue to. I brag to people, who ask me about what happened, that I had the most incredible attorney. She is a strong attorney who gets the job done.
