Thankful Father and Husband

I can't thank enough Ms. Cox for her support and every possible and impossible effort she made to help our family get reunited. Evelyn represented me and fight for my rights to be with my family in CPS case in Yolo County, CA. She is very knowledgeable about Child Protective Services system, very we...ll respected, very honest and easy approached when you need help. It isn't a secret that CPS cases are often long, painful, demanding and physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting for every person involved in them. And having an attorney who WILL REALLY FIGHT on your side is critically important! If you or your loved ones ever find themselves involved in CPS case, I highly recommend to contact Evelyn Cox as soon as possible and at least get a consultation with her! Thank you Evelyn for all your help! It was a real blessing for our family to have you in our case!

SHE SAVED OUR FAMILY

AS A GAY COUPLE WITH A FAMILY OF 3 17 YEAR OLDS, MS. COX WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN FIGHTING LIKE A BULLDOG AGAINST OUR CPS PROSECUTORS. THE CASE WAS DSIMISSED WITHIN WEEKS ONCE THE PROSECUTION FOUND OUT SHE WAS ON OUR SIDE. BEYOND HER LEGAL ACUMEN AND PROFESISONAL DEMEANOR, MS. COX TRULY CARES ABOUT... THE SACRED RELATIONSHIP AMONG FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE SPECIAL ROLE PARENTS PLAY IN NURTURING THEIR CHILDREN AS THEY SEE FIT. CPS IN CA IS A BROKEN, DYSFUNCTIONAL, AND OFTEN SPITEFUL SYSTEM OF MEDIOCRE INVESTIGATORS WITH AXES TO GRIND OF THEIR OWN. MS. COX KNOWS HOW TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD. TRUST ME, AS SOON AS CPS FOUND OUT SHE WAS OUR ATTORNEY, THE TENOR CHANGED IMJMEIDATELY AND OUR CASE WAS DIMSISSED WITHIN WEEKS (AGAINST ALL ODDS, GIVEN CPS' UBRIDLED POWER IN CA). I WOULD GIVE HER A SUPERIOR, BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION PER ABOVE. LOOK NO FURTHER; YOU WILL NTO REGRET IT.

Evelyn Highly Recommended

I am very glad that I hired Evelyn at my attorney. She is an excellent attorney. She knows how the legal system works because she has a wealth of 20+ years of experience, having worked both sides of the legal system, as a former DA and as an attorney representing parents and kids. She is a... clear communicator; she is direct and provides sound legal counsel. She accurately portrays the challenges of dealing with CPS so that I could protect my family and me. Knowledgeable and not afraid to say it like it is

Evelyn has been representing my son for almost a year now as he works his way through reunification services for my grandson. This is an very complicated case going back to 2011 and it isn't over yet. Thankfully, Evelyn does her homework and could easily see what needed done to cut through the rhet...oric and find a way forward. Her professionalism and honesty is much appreciated.

She gave us our peace and family back

From the beginning we knew that our CPS case was going to be very hard. On February of 2018 our lives changed forever, CPS came and took my 4 kids and grandson away. We were your normal typical family who never once thought that we would have to go through what we went through. We found Evelyn Cox an...d we hired her right away, this has been the best money we have ever spent. She was very straight forward and told us right from the start that it wasn’t going to be a easy case. But, she did reassure us that she would do whatever it took to give us our kids back. She fought all the way through while representing my husband and I. She managed to get the judge to give us our twins back, the 2 older kids who were adopted and who got us into this mess in the first place never made it back to our home, which we were very content with. My daughter got her son back, my grandson, because Mrs.Cox referred her to a very good lawyer. Not only did Mrs.Cox reunite my family and I, but she gave us our peace back, she gave me my family back, and I will forever be thankful for that. I not only recommend her as a lawyer, but i encourage those of you who are looking into getting a lawyer to contact her immediately so you can get the help and peace you need.
