She interned at several prestigious non-profit organizations in San Francisco as well as working for family law attorneys in both Davis and Sacramento. Toby has been licensed to practice in California state and Federal courts since 2012.

Toby is passionate about LGBT Civil Rights and Disability Rights. She is the "SuperMom" of a kid with special needs, and is a Bisexual Activist. Outside work and family Toby likes down hill skiing, gaming (Magic the Gathering, Settlers of Catan, etc.) and spending time with good friends.
