FSBO buyer's attorney - fantastic service
My fiancee and I were first-time homebuyers, trying to navigate a FSBO purchase with no experience. We hired Greg to guide us through the process and make sure we were protected. He was extremely helpful throughout; he clearly explained every step, communicated with the seller's agent on our behalf, and prepared all the necessary paperwork. It was clear that Greg was experienced and knowledgeable about the Bay Area housing market, and dedicated to ensuring a smooth transaction. All in all we had an excellent experience and highly recommend Greg for help with FSBO purchases.

Saved me $50k in real estate commissions
Greg supported me when I sold my home in San Jose during the summer/fall of 2020. He handled all the paperwork on my side and coordinated with the title company for escrow. His negotiating advice and suggestions during the home sale process were invaluable. He made selling the home a breeze and was available when I needed to chat. Best of all, Greg saved me from having to pay a listing agent a 2.5% commission (~$50k) to sell my home. He was a super bargain compared to that! I highly recommend him if you decide to sell your own home. No regrets!

Greg Made This FSBO Transaction Super-Easy
Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing. Greg asked all the right questions at the intake interview, and followed up with initial documentation even before his first downpayment invoice. This timing gave both Buyer and Seller a confidence that he had our interests at the forefront. I also like how he provides a free consultation and is clear about his fees if the clients decide to hire him. There are no superlatives high enough to represent my recommending Greg to assist with your FSBO. Simply put: Greg is the Best!

This has been an experience I will never regret. After stumbling across Greg’s business I was intrigued at the idea that perhaps Greg could help me. After a few conversations, back ground checks and some meditation we decided to entrust our FSBO with Greg Glaser. His approach and professional guidance and experience was truly top shelf stuff. We truly were impressed with his ability to develop not only contracts but contracted escrow and title companies and a timeline to keep things moving. Fantastic advisor throughout a complex direct real estate purchase
We hired Greg to represent us as buyers of a real estate purchase directly with the seller. We initially were looking for someone that will guide us through contracting and the numerous tule sensitive tasks around a successful closing. He did just that, and much more; Greg quickly turned into a trusted advisor that showed to prioritize our interests at all times. Seller of estate house.
Myself, sister and brother were the trustees of our parents trust. We were needing a real estate lawyer for help selling the house by ourselves. Gregory Glaser was the lawyer my brother chose. My brother reported that he answered all questions and and gave more suggestions. Along with that a complete folder of all forms needed for all transactions. Also texting each of us to notify him any time we had any questions because he available to us. He was true to his words and boy did we need him. We had two liens against the property and a property line dispute that was recorded incorrectly. He had wisdom and knowledge to give us on all matters and walked us through each of them. We felt in good hands. I would highly recommend him.

Buyer's atty for FSBO in SF - great experience
I engaged Greg to represent me as the buyer in a FSBO purchase (I was buying the condo I was renting from the owner/landlord). And I was a first-time buyer, so I definitely needed a lot of help! Greg started by providing detailed, candid advice on the purchase decision itself (including a summary of SF market dynamics). Then once I decided to proceed with the purchase, he smoothly handled all the necessary paperwork and communication with the seller's attorney on my behalf, including successfully securing a few extensions when my lender was moving more slowly than hoped. He was extremely responsive, often replying within hours (and always within a day), and always available for quick calls whenever needed. Overall I had an excellent experience with Greg and would highly recommend him for FSBO transactions in SF.

My wife and I hired Greg Glaser to help us sell our home through the For Sale By Owner process. Greg Glaser helped us sell our home. (Like, really well.) He had a network of smart consultants with whom he worked seamlessly, he gave great advice when an unexpected hiccup arrived on the buyer side, what he predicted would happen happened, what he told us wouldn't happen didn't happen - it was as if he had a crystal ball. Very satisfied clients
We hired Greg to help us with the process of selling our home. His knowledge was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions, replied to emails and texts pretty much immediately, and often times removed the need for us to even ask questions because he would thoroughly explain to us ahead of time what would be happening next. Before beginning the process, I was a little worried hiring somebody that lived in another town, but it was not an issue at all, and I don't think could have gone any smoother/easier if he was local to us. We are so glad that we found Greg and chose him to be our Real Estate Attorney, we saved a lot of money not hiring a realtor, and having Greg for the technical side of things (basically everything except showings).
