Over 20 years of fighting for my clients in jury trials, motions to dismiss, negotiating a better resolution, and post conviction relief including setting aside convictions due to failure to advise on immigration consequences. Experienced and very knowlegeable Criminal Defense and DUI Lawyer in the greater Sacramento area.
Training and education includes being qualified to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) and certificate of training in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) relating to driving under the influence cases. The courses were developed by the National Highway Traffic Administration (NTSA) and the International Association of Chief of Police (IACP), the same training course that law enforcement officers take.
I have represented many clients who have professional licenses, commercial licenses, immigration issues, and take an individualized approach to best defend to either have the case dismissed or result in the least. Also deal with sealing arrest records in appropriate cases and setting aside a conviction after the probation period is over.
Reasonable rates and more than willing to litigate. Most importantly, I work towards meeting the goals for my clients or even doing better depending on the facts and evidence of the case.
In my spare time, I am involved in various community based social justice and human rights efforts because it is something that we all need to do to help others.
Practice areas
Experienced representation in DMV hearings, jury trials, motion to suppress/dismissals, and in the worst case scenario, how to get someone on the road again ASAP.
