Honest

I was recently in a child abuse and CPS case regarding my teenage daughter in which Evelyn provided me an honest opinion and guidance. My criminal case was dismissed with Evelyn's great negotiation skills. I highly recommend her!

Eve was the best attorney ever she is very knowlegable in law!!!

We are a prior client of Eve who helped us earlier in the year with a CPS case with our 13 yr old son who made allegations of abuse which did not take place. Our son wanted to live with his mother whom was strung out on drugs along with his grandmother whom utilized CPS to try and gain custody of my ...son. I was criminaly charged for the abuse and Eve came to court and because of her my charges were dropped and the CPS matter was dismissed. She is highly educated and would always look out for my best intrest even when it didn't pertain to her case. She is a wealth of knowlege in all kinds of law and makes sure you know what you are getting yourself into. I would hands down recommend Eve to anyone who is in an unfortunate circumstance especially with CPS as they keep things from you and give you no understanding of there process but Eve has a wealth of knowlege of CPS process and explains it to you. I have never had such a pleasant expierence with an Attorney I tell everyone about her and how she helped me and continues to help me to this day!!!!

Thank you very much Eve

When my adolescent son first went to court he had a public defender. I thought she did her job (my ignorance), but realized how uneducated I was of the law and court procedures. I called Eve for help and help me she did. She was all of the above, in addition to being a very kind attorney with re...asonable rates. She gave her opinions (which she did have) but supported what my son and his family wanted to do and took it to the judge. The judge usually agreed with her. That I found quite amazing as I didn't didn't think judges could be that agreeable. Since then I have realized what skill Eve has in working with with the court. Eve answered question after question when I called or emailed or saw her in person. She was quite wiling to educate the novice parent about the court room the law, She was paaionate in offering me education about the court, passionate in her representation of my son. Today my son is 18. He is not in jail. He goes to school He manages to abide by the rules to live at home. I credit Eve's talent, experience, passion for her work and professionalism for this happening.. Thank you very much, Eve.

Most Knowledgeable Person in the Court

We hired Eve to represent my juvenile son. Without counsel he had accepted a deferred entry of judgement. When he failed to meet the terms, he was brought back into court for "stealing" a police bait car. Actually, on a dare (and for $40), he drove down the lane of a parking lot, turned around, and p...arked the car two spaces from where it had been parked. He was in and out so quickly, that the police had no time to react. He was identified later by use of the tape. Eve recommended that my son admit his guilt and take the work furlough weekends that would likely come his way. Well, for the next 4 years, Zack continued to have issues with probation and the juvenile justice system. In each subsequent court appearance Eve kept my son and us fully advised as to what was going to happen. Before every appearance she met privately with the judge and the prosecutor to work out the best plan of action in my son's best interest. Recommend her highly

She'll go to bat for you and knock it out of the park!

I was involved in a child abuse case recently and hired Evelyn as my lawyer. She was fantastic and highly skilled in dealing with the prosecutors, expert witnesses, and the judge. She is a bulldog and will fight tooth and nail for your best interests. I was amazed by her drive and attention to det...ail.
