I hired Mr. Breidenbach when I was accused of assault. The case involved many witnesses, even though some of them had no evidence to present. After getting the prosecutor to narrow down her list of witnesses from 20 to about 12, Mr. Breidenbach interviewed each potential witness.
His opening statement at the trial was connected to his closing argument and was convincing. I was found not guilty at the end of a three day trial.

I got arrested for a DUI in February 2015. I had never been arrested for a DUI before. Mr. Breidenbach was the first person that I thought of because when my dad got into trouble many years ago he hired Mr. Breidenbach and my dad was happy with the results that Joe got for him.
The police claimed that they stopped me for driving 50 in a 35 mph zone. The officer claimed that I had very slurred speech and that my face was flushed and that my eyes were glazed, watery and bloodshot. He also claimed that I had trouble getting out of my car and that I had trouble keeping my balance while walking.
I refused to walk the line or do the other so called tests. After the officer arrested me I also refused to take the breath test.
I was charged with a DUI and although it was my first offense, because I refused to take the breath test, if I were found guilty of that offense, I would have had to spend at least two days in jail and I certainly did not want to do that.
Joe was able to work out a deal where the charges were amended to Reckless Driving and that made a really big difference. I did not have to go to jail. I got a much smaller fine. I got much shorter probation. My license was suspended for a much shorter length of time. I will not have to have SR-22 insurance for as long as I would have if I had been convicted of the original charge. I expected Joe to get me a good deal and he did.
Since that time I have had some trouble with the DOL back in September. The DOL had their records messed up. Joe also helped me straighten that out for me.
