Excellent outcome

Mr Casanova was able to provide a clear step by step plan of defense and helped me to feel confident in his ability to get a positive outcome. Amazing Lawyer

I met Steve 10 years ago and hired him for a felony case. He got me out of big trouble . My father hired him for felony cases and he got him out of much bigger trouble! I’m still in contact with Steve 10 years later, he is there to consult and help with any legal advice i may have . I will hire Steve again if I’m ever in trouble , and will always recommend him. Two words....THANK YOU!

Not all attorneys are created equal! Casanova performed a miracle. Not only did our case get dismissed, but then it was removed all together. People say that this would happen with any attorney, but I disagree. It was Casanova’s knowledge of the law and personal relationships that really made it all possible. An excellent lawyer!!

I would highly recommend Mr. Casanova to anyone seeking legal counsel. Mr. Casanova was very kind and explained all the options available to me & specific to my case. Not only is he (in my opinion) the best criminal lawyer in all of Brevard county...he is also the most fairly priced. I am thankful for his help & the time he spent with me free of charge. Unfortunately I could not hire him due to conflict of interest...however he was very helpful in recommending the lawyer I did hire. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Casanova!!

Amazing Attorney

Mr. Casanova was extremely prompt and diligent with my case. He appeared at the jail the same day I contacted his office for representation. My case was resolved and my record expunged within months and of the original charge. Mr. Casanova and staff were extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend this office.

DUI case

If you are ever unfortunate enough to get a dui, I hope you are fortunate enough to get Mr. Casanova to represent you. Steve has a wealth of experience with dui cases and was able to get a last minute agreement to eliminate one of the penalties in exchange for a charitable donation. He is also very personable and makes himself available whenever you want information or advice.

Excellent Attorney

Steve Casanova is an exceptional trial lawyer. He is smart, talented, quick on his feet and knows how to talk to a jury. He is the consummate professional and does everything first class. He knows the law, is innovative in his approach and his legal research is second to none. He is worth every penny. The way I look at it is you can either have a cheap lawyer or a great lawyer--after all if you needed brain surgery would you hire the cheapest brain surgeon you can find or would you hire the best. Great Attorney and Staff

I had never been in trouble with the law before. I was referred to Casanova Law by a friend of mine who was previous client of Mr. Casanova's. I originally spoke over the phone with the paralegal, and she took the time to explain the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and put my mind to ease. Throughout my case I called the office multiple times and the staff was always kind and able to help me and answer my questions. I only had to go to court once, which was nice because of work. Mr. Casanova was professional, yet casual, not typical attorney stereotype. Very pleased with the outcome.

Simply The Best!

I've been using Steve for nearly 15 years. At this stage in the game I would consider him more of a friend. Couldn't ask for a more kind, understanding, and caring individual, and all this while still being very knowledgeable and effective and his job. While specializing in criminal defense (ranging from misdemeanors and low level felonies, all the way up to major felony federal cases), Steve has throughout the years assisted me with other legal realms, such as civil and family law. The Best in Brevard: Highly Recommend

I have had extensive experience with criminal defense attorneys (from $1,000 attorneys all the way up to the $100,000 attorneys) and can attest that Mr. Casanova is the best in town. He and his staff are top-notch. Mr. Casanova will hold your hand when you need it, but "tell you how it is!" It's rare to find such an honest attorney, especially one who is so talented. He is not a "bottom dollar" attorney, but his pricing is more fair than anyone in town, and he will not take advantage of you in your time of need like most attorneys in Brevard. He is highly respected by the state attorney's office, and is able to negotiate faborable resolutions, but this guy is darn-sure ready to go the distance when you have a strong case. I have sought his expert guidance numerous times, referred him to friends and acquaintances, and even my own family members. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Casanova for any and all criminal (and traffic) matters. I wish this comment box was larger, because there simply is not enough room for all the good I have to say about this man. Simply the BEST.

Plea bargain lawyer

This guy wanted me to plea bargain my case right at the first consultation with him for a misdemeanor. Lucky I found an attorney that looked at my case and fought very well for me and my case got dismissed. My case was very simple and Mr. Casanova was already giving up before any ink hit the paper AND the lawyer I hired was much cheaper and even made a payment plan for me. Stay away from this guy he will sell you out quick.

Without spending time and effort on a given case the outcome is typically unknown, and a conviction may occur.
